Amelia and Brad and Jennifer were absolutely AMAZING! First time financing a car and they walked me through everything even with my little mistakes when getting everything set up! I absolutely appreciate everything they did for me to get me into my first car! Thank you so so much!

I bought my new CX5 at the beginning of May after ordering it in January. So very happy with my vehicle and the excellent service I received from Amelia Hills with her pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable expertise. Jenn in finance is efficient and the entire experience was great! I was respected and valued as a customer.

This place has left me incredibly unimpressed and disappointed. I am a female in my mid 20’s. I got a part fixed on my car and immediately noticed after install that the bottom trim on my driver-side door had been partially torn off. I had to confront the service team because I did not drop off my car like that. Whoever drove my car to the front most likely would have saw the damage, but no one even mentioned it to me. It took a few days for them to acknowledge their error, but later offered to replace the door trim free of charge. I waited 3 weeks for them to call me and no one did. I ended up calling them and they admitted to not notifying me that the part had come in. I came in for my appointment and the part I was told was in, hadn’t even arrived (I ordered a window trim piece at the very beginning of this, that is what had arrived). I asked if they could install it for me (I bought as a supply only part) to make up for the inconvenience of having to make 2 trips for these parts instead of 1. The man I was dealing with agreed and they installed it. I left free of charge. I just finished at my final appointment for the door trim, and they presented me with an invoice for the labour of the window trim piece they previously installed. This company is disorganized and lacks communication.

We recently were shopping for a new vehicle and spent time at Gary Moe Mazda in Red Deer. Our saleman Daniel showed us all through the Mazda lineup, he was very knowledgeable and very accomadating. In the end their dealership didn,t have the exact vehicle we were looking for but they are starting to receive more and more vehicles as time goes on.If your in the market for a execellent quality vehicle and a good price be sure to stop in at this dealership, ask for Daniel!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Amelia Hills at Gary Moe Mazda Red Deer. She contacted me by telephone within 20 minutes of me sending in a request online for a test drive and accommodated my schedule. She made me feel so comfortable driving and explained everything you’d ever need and want to know about all the features. She also ensured I had the opportunity to drive multiple models of Mazdas for comparison. She followed up with me the following day to check where I was at, she always kept in touch with me throughout the process and even delivered my vehicle to me, 40 minutes out of the way. She is not at all pushy, she is laid back, honest, fun, funny, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone even contemplating all a Mazda has to offer. Thank you Amelia!Now Jenn, finance manager, on the other hand, I cannot say anything positive about. I neither found her professional, nor easy to work with. She didn’t present me with ANY financing options, she presented me with only one option and it wasn’t until I questioned it, that she found a better deal. Then, she emailed me a couple days after I purchased my vehicle and asked when I was sending more money, even though I’d already paid in full. She had me confused with another customer. If it wasn’t for Amelia checking in on me that same night after I met with Jenn, and then again the next morning, I would have went elsewhere, but I didn’t want how much I appreciated the work Amelia did to be jeopardized by the lack of work Jenn did, as Amelia was fantastic!

Amelia and Brad were super helpful finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Brad worked very hard to get everything I was looking for and Amelia was super helpful showing the vehicle, answering all my questions and even when I had an issue after purchasing she was on it to make sure everything was taken care of. Jennifer was also very helpful getting the numbers to work even when I wanted to make a few changes she was amazing at making it happen and help answer my questions! These guys restored my faith in dealerships!! Highly recommend these guys as they help every step of the way and are even there after purchase! Awesome team!!

I have had nothing but the absolute best experience with Gary Moe Mazda. I had originally owned a Mazda CX9 which last quite a long time, when it came to trade it in I dealt with great staff, manager Brad, sales associate Amelia and finance Jenn. These 3 were great to deal with and got me into a great car within my budget. When I sat down with Jenn to sign the deal we talked of Gap insurance... which I had not heard of before. Jenn explained the gap insurance and every other additional option, I felt no pressure to purchase anything extra however I did purchase gap insurance. Fast forward 3 weeks... I wrote that brand new vehicle off. So scared that I was now caring all this negative equity I went into the dealership where I was met by these 3 amazing staff members again. Jenn very quickly worked on my gap insurance, Amelia took me out to look at new vehicles and Brad worked with other gary moe dealerships to find the right vehicle within my budget. Needless to say, the gap insurance covered everything that was not covered by my auto insurance and they got me into the vehicle I wanted with minimal stress and below budget. They were amazing and I will likely only shop within the Gary Moe group in the future.Shout out also to the service department which is where my vehicle was originally towed to, they were also very kind and great to work with.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Gary Moe Mazda and had incredible customer service from Amelia! She was very helpful and the purchase went smoothly. We traveled from out of town and they were willing to stay late to help us with the purchase. Amelia even helped us to track down the second key fob for the vehicle from the previous owner and mailed it to us! She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers!
