Terrible, terrible, just terrible. Waitresses were all young but I think the terrible service started in the kirchen. We were 3 people and I ordered an onion ring entrée and specially asked that they not be the spicy kind. Well, they were still sprinkled with a little hot sauce. We waited 30 minutes or so for our food, a smoked meat sandwich with fries with sauce, a roast beef sandwich with fries and a grilled chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes. The young waitress didn't write anything down. The food arrived and the smoked meat dish was missing the sauce, the fries and mashed were quite cold. Believe it or not it took over 5 minutes to have the fries and mashed replaced. Still, the mashed potatoes were very dry and clumpy. As for the taste, the sandwiches were good. Oh by the way, the sauce was brought to us minutes later. All in all, very disappointed Customers.

The pizzas are quite tasty and original, but the waiting times are ridiculously long (over an hour to get greeted and served... and the restaurant wasn't even crowded), the prices quite expensive, and the food absolutely dripping grease (even the salads). Plus when came the time to pay, the waitress simply disappeared and the staff couldn't find her, so the manager had to come instead.

Really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza but the best part was the excellent service provided by our server C. She was so polite and even brought me a refill without me asking. Service makes all the difference and she contributed to making my BP experience better!!

Pizza tasted good, slightly too much cheese but did not really affect the taste overall. Fries were somewhat cold upon pickup, though.
