Fun 4 All Pet Resort

Not everyone is having fun at Fun4All. We had Maggie at here for boarding a couple times. However, the last time she ended up getting an infestation of lice. The infestation was so bad it took her to the brink of death.We're from out of town. We were unaware that canine lice was a thing to watch out for in the Okanagan. After her stay at the resort she wouldn't eat her regular vet certified food. We though she was just tired after too much fun at the resort, unfortunately her refusal to eat lasted for several days. We didn't realize that she was infested with lice until a few days later. She didn't have the regular symptoms scratching, other than the refusing to eat she didn't have another symptoms. We called the vet but couldn't get in until the following week. We shampooed her with medicated shampoo and cooked up some chicken and rice that she managed to get down. She was lethargic but stable. She suddenly took a turn for the worse and stopped drinking water. Worried sick, I thought it was the end for her. It was horrible to watch the decline of her heath. She is a senior dog but didn't think lice could take her out like this. She was just so uncomfortable and upset. Thankfully she pulled through after treatment from the vet. Between our fun4ll visit and the vet visit it ended up costing us a lot of money.As a warning and heads up to others, be sure to use a anti-flea/anti-lice treatment before taking your dog to a boarding facility. We wish were aware of the implications before arrival.Brought her in for a grooming in march. Maggie looked great and smelled like lemons when she was done. Booking required as they get quite busy. The groomer was super sweet.

Our dogs came back to us after an overnight stay, looking happy and healthy.

New to town and had been going to the same groomer for 5 years. Found this amazing place and was I ever impressed. The whole team that works there are friendly helpful and do give your furbaby great care.I have only had my dog groomed there and the woman who took care of my dog definitely knows whats she's doing. I can tell you I will be checking out their other services as well.Highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

We absolutely love and appreciate Fun 4 All Pet Resort so so much. The staff are fantastic and they shower love on our fur babies when we are not with them. We had just moved to Vernon and decided to adopt our little girl from a rescue in Mexico. My husband and I were concerned about what we were going to do with her while we were at work. We own a local clinic and thought we could just bring her to work — well that didn’t work for our pup. She needed more engagement and energy drained out of her. And Fun 4 All was the fix. With hope and prayer lol, we went to the resort, had a chat and they decided to take our girl in to observe how she would be with the others. The manager (at that time) was so kind and understanding to our situation. A quick assessment and pack walk/play with some of the other dogs and we were in!! If you’re on a wait list, stay on it and wait — totally worth it! Just having the peace of mind knowing that our dogs are happy and safe makes all the difference in the world when trying to juggle work life and dog “parenthood”. Thank you so much again. This is truly her second home.

I love this place. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. If you want to get your dog groomed, make sure you book in advance, they book up pretty quickly.The take care of her and shes always happy and exhausted when we get home from her long day of excitement.

Best dog daycare/boarding/grooming in the Okanagan!My 2-year-old mini aussie, Millie, has gone here many times for daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming services. She always returns to me happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The staff are always happy to see her, and I trust they take great care of her. When she goes for boarding they typically send an update even if I haven’t requested it (especially during her first stay with them) or I see photos of her on social media. Millie is so excited to be going to Fun 4 All, even to grooming! Usually she is fearful of going to get groomed, but she is always happy to see the grooming staff here!Thank you to all Fun 4 All staff for all their hard work and keeping our dogs happy and healthy.

Good service, not bad price. Could be a bit cleaner though, smells like pee when you walk in bit its full of dogs so cant complain. But staff is very friendly and early drop off is a big plus. My dog hank is always happy when I pick him up. Various types of products for sale from food to toys and treats. Would recommend.
