Honest and professional!

On est 3 à y aller , dont moi depuis plus de 12 ans et on y retournera encore !!! Le staff est vraiment très gentil et amical et on se sent très bien accueilli . On est très satisfait de nos tatouages ainsi que de nos piercings . Beaucoup de variété de bijoux et le tatoueur refait nos dessins à la perfection ... Super belle gang !!!

The owners are very nice people, but not very knowledgeable in their craft when it comes to piercings. Save yourself the trouble and go to a properly trained piercer, like at Adrenaline Montreal for example. 2 stars is only for the fact that the piercer at this location was a nice guy.I initially got my nose pierced at this location. The shop has a very limited jewelry selection. The piercer did not know what he was doing. 5 days later, my piercing had sunk into the hole. I went back to see him to put in a bigger stud. He did not have any that were sterilized but instead claimed that we cannot switch out the jewelry because he wouldn't be able to put a new one in that hole. He also says that he does not have any other sterilized studs. To simply take Advil to reduce the swelling and that the tiny jewelry will pop back out eventually. Wrong. Unfortunately the next morning, the small screw piercing jewelry was completely sunken in the hole and my nose flesh had closed on top of it. I had to cut out open. I emailed the piercer and he did not answer.I urgently went to Adrenaline, instead. To fix the issue. The piercer at Adrenaline says: Of course
