Friendly Fires Fireplaces & BBQs Belleville

Friendly Fires (Alex and Shane) did servicing on our stove and they were great. They provide some good tips on what to watch for and what to do if/when we have any issues. Would highly recommend them for service.

I early May 2023 my wife and I stopped in to Friendly Fires in Belleville. We were looking at upgrading our current gas fireplace that is 16 years old. We were provided with some pamphlets so we could ourselves pick a fireplace that would fit in the current configuration we have without too much need for modifications. This is not an easy process and since we are not experts, we were confused by this approach. After a second visit and some emails I provided them with a copy of my existing fireplace's manual so they could review the specifications and as such provide me with some fireplace options. THAT WAS A MONTH AND A HALF AGO! In the meantime we attended the Trenton Home Show and discussed our needs with a Dows Climate representative. Within 4 days they had sent a technician to our home to look at our current set up in order to provide us with some suitable options. He helped us pick a fireplace, gave us an estimate right away and set up our installation date - outstanding service, which unfortunately I cant say the same for Friendly Fires.

Keith and Sam did an excellent job installing our wood stove .They were polite, helpful and did an excellent job telling us how to use the stove. Very Capable and competent Misty did a great job in selling us the stove and follow up customer service . We strongly recommend Friendly Fires for your future wood stove

Great experience with Friendly Fires. Retail store staff (Shaun and Darren) were both very helpful/knowledgeable of products including gas fireplaces and BBQ's. Installation technicians (Chris and Tristen) were professional, clean, courteous and executed installation to my satisfaction. Both install technicians took the time to answer any questions and demonstrate functionality/features post-installation.

We had a service technician visit us today. His name was Sanford M. What a knowledgeable and friendly person. He gave our fireplace a thorough check out and cleaning. He showed us some things with the remote tat we were unaware of and answered all the questions we had. I thoroughly recommend this young man and we are extremely happy with the service.

From the start of the process to the very end we had a wonderful experience. Amy was excellent to deal with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The install team was very pleasant and professional, great bunch of guys. We would highly recommend Friendly Fires to anybody looking for a great experience.

We went to a competitor first. In comparison, at Friendly Fires we had an estimate the same day instead of waiting 5 weeks, we had an inspection visit within a week compared to a 6 weeks waiting period and the price was much much better!! Overall the personnel on site are friendlier and the technicians are quick and amazing. We had everything done and installed within a month with quick and easy communication. The price is the best and the service is fantastic. This is the place to go.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience with Friendly Fires. We purchased 3 gas fireplaces and a gas barbeque and are extremely happy with the quality of product and service from the team. Misty and the team of installers are so professional and knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. You will not be disappointed if you choose Friendly Fires!

Misty was extremely helpful trying to find solutions for replacement parts for an older fireplace. Took time to find solutions when other companies wouldn’t.

Darren directed us to the best stove for our space after inquiring about all of our wants/needs and even stopped by to ensure everything could go where we needed it to, well in advance of install day. Easy and quick to communicate with as we updated a few things to our order along the way.Tristen and Chris came to do the install and they were spectacular!We ran into a small glitch on where to run the hose outside (found a load bearing wall under the deck which surprised us) but they figured it out quickly, redirected and everything is perfect!!Professional and fast workers even with the delay – and the wind blowing directly at them off the lake was not in their favour lol. It ended up being a longer day than any of us expected but they powered through to get it done!We are super happy and incredibly warm and cozy!
