Making Waves Swim School

I have 4 kids going to making waves and they are learning very fast and coaches for all kids is very friendly. Kids love going there. Coaches and head coach are really nice and they are keeping track very closely to each kid where they need improvement etc.

First time here and it's an understatement to say that I am impressed! Staff is amazing , knowledgeable & friendly, facilty is clean, very professional instructors and staff.

I had my daughter enrolled here and I only went to a hand full of classes. My daughter was previously enrolled in Milton(making waves) and we loved it! The instructor was super hands on and engaged really well with the kids. I did not feel the same at this location. First of all there was a group of 10 kids, 10 adults and 2 instructors in one tiny little space. The instructors were too busy talking to each other and did not really care to teach the kids. Most of the class was spent waiting for the instructors to stop talking to each other so we can move on to the next thing. I asked them one of them a question once and they both looked at me like I was disturbing them. There was kid that cried for the first 15 mins straight, the parent would go off in a concern and try to help the kid. The instructors took no initiative to help the parent or offer toys or even try to distract the kid. They did not come help any of the kids with anything. They sucked. It was a wait of my money and time taking my daughter there. I was better off driving the extra 20 mins to get to Milton.

Very amazing place! My nephews go here and they absolutely love it! An instructor named Kalia teaches them and they adore her. She is lovely! Their favourite coach there!!

Went here in roughly 2009, when I was a baby/toddler. I still vividly remember the beautiful setup of the pool, my amazing instructor William, and to this day I still swim. Making waves has made a huge impact on my life, even to this day, 14 years later.

Absolutely fantastic place! Very organized! Very clean! Your child is looked after very intently while swimming. You get a fabulous feedback after each lesson. Their instructors are extremely great with their students. Highly recommend!

All three of my children have attended Making Waves since they were babies. The eldest two completed level 10 and my youngest is in level 6. As someone who loves swimming, I've been incredibly impressed with their methods. My children are confident and skillful swimmers because of Making Waves.

I am very impressed with most of the coaches here. Just wanted to recognize Adnan this term for doing so well with my child. Very interactive and intuitive. He makes the necessary adjustments and pushes, to help your child succeed.

Instructors: My daughters used to swim with the club 6-7 years ago, and the instructors used to be qualified. The kids could easily get through 1 session if not too. However, my son who is swimming now at the club, the instructors appear to be very young students, who knows how to swim, but not know how to teach.Sessions: Sessions are not designed properly. My son is enrolled in Big 4/5, and other 2 kids in the class are very little. And the instructor spend most of the time playing with them.Class time: Class time are 30 minutes, and kids barely get 20 minutes in the pool.

Excellent location, energetic young smiling staff who are always willing to accommodate and assist you. The coaches are very attentive and make certain that each child receives the same amount of attention and instruction. My daughter graduated from there, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
