Ardene

The only reason I go to the Ardenes in Cold Lake is because I love the store itself. EVERY TIME I'm at the store I am never greeted, never asked if I need help, never ask if I need a change room with a handful of clothes, never offered help with sizes when trying on clothes, never told to have a good day after payment. There is literally no interaction the entire time that I've been in the store. I was in with crutches today and there were about 6 employees working, and not a single one offered up any sort of help at all. about 3 of them seen me struggling carrying articles of clothing and trying to crutch over to the change room. Then proceeding to take everything to the counter myself. I would have brought my own help if I could have, but it wasn't an option. Besides the point; The customer service is SHOT in this store, completely terrible every time. I always leave there so irritated. & judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks so. What is going on in this store?? No other Ardenes or retail store I've been in has this sort of service.

The manager, I didn’t catch a name, was very rude to an employee at the checkout and then was rude to me. The tops that I bought were hard to fold and I told the employee who was helping not to worry about it because I was going to just take them home and hang them, but the manager insisted that she waste both our time to fold them correctly. I said again that it wasn’t a big deal and joked that the customer is always right. She looked me wide-eyes and said “No, the BOSS is always right.” If I hadn’t already finished paying, I would have apologized to the employee that she had to work there and left the store. I think it’s absolutely unbelievable that someone working in retail would be that rude directly to a customer. Do it at home like the rest of us retail workers.

I went in with my daughter and Sherry, a manager, made it a fabulous experience for her. She was attentive, helpful, listened to what we were looking for and made my daughter's evening!

If your in a rush dont go here the check out lady takes for ever slowly folding everything and i could hardly hear her i thought i talked quiet but i still didn't even hear what she said so i just guessed

One of my favorite places to shop with the limited options we have in town. Prices and sales are consistently on point, and they are usually well-staffed.

Merchandising is difficult in stores like this, but I find it a particular nightmare at this location. Hooks filled with hardware rather then actual product at the front entrance doesn't bode well for what you'll find inside.Customer service lacking. I'm not looking for a personal stylist but a how's it going" and the occasional follow up wouldn't be out of place. I'd be curious to know what their shrink is like with employees seemingly so indifferent.Two stars because I've seen improvements in employee attitude at checkout. Being kind to those you take money from is more or less the bare minimum but at least that's been figured out."

Was at the Ardenes with my wife a two daughters never been in a place in cold lake where the most of the staff was pretty rude and not helpful whatsoever it seemed like they paid attention to us more in the sense that we might try steal something instead of asking us if we needed anything never taking our business here again

Not only is the store a disaster all the time. The staff always seem to be standing around gossiping to each other rather then helping you out. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. The management lacked any sort of professionalism. I wont shop there again

It’s a great store with an amazing variety of cute clothes and accessories, but they make the clothes way too small. Some of my clothes are an XL and they’re still very small. I know it’s aimed toward fit preteens or teens but seriously?Still, it’s a great place.
