This Tim Hortons is very small and very understaffed, at any given time of the day there are usually 5+ people standing in line with one person doing till and making coffee and maybe one person preparing food. When it's not busy seems like there are 4-5 employees socializing and not cleaning or getting ready for next rush. Very frustrating how slow this place is

I always like to drop by some evenings on my way whenever I get the chance. Great quiet place to have a coffee, fritters, sandwich, and soup. Also great place to read a book

Zero customer service, always rude, food is getting cold no call for the drinks. Need to learn some ethics and how to deal with customers, I am a regular customer, Muskan is a worst. If a person is dealing with customers or in a customer services should always have smile on the face and always polite but today, both girls were serving me, they don’t belong to the that place. They don’t even listen to the customers.

A typical Tim Horton's but very short handed. Even though they weren't that busy with only 3 people working the wait was longer than it should have been. The food is very average but reasonably priced for a quick lunch!

I paid for a drink cozy with my mobile order and when I came to pick it up the worker said they didn’t have any and she refused to give me back my money. I’m still angry as I now have to fight for it. I asked for a manager and she clearly lied and said there wasn’t one there and said she was one. She became aggressive with me and didn’t care at all how she was treating me. Since when do we pay for something and not get the item??? I want my money back and I will keep making complaints. Steer clear of this place.. it’s filthy too and most of the staff are rude. I’m fact, two workers were laughing at me when I was telling the worker to return my money. An Asian guy and an East Indian. The workers are all standing around socializing instead of working… no wonder the place is so filthy.

Very unhygienic. I am regular at this location . I pick order for me and my coworkers . everyday I pick order for 4to5 people. I understand its busy location but staff should communicate nicely with customers. Today 4/18/2023 I went there around 11.10 am , girl who made our orders had very big fake nails . When she was making our drinks , half of her nails were inside when she was putting tea bags in cups . This is literally unhygienic. Nd this is the same girl who always speaks in very rude tone .

I’m regular at this location as I work nearby . They always mess up my order . Sandwich maker was not making food in order . Person who ordered after me got his sandwich first . When we say something about wrong orders they give , they starts arguing instead of correcting it at first place . I remember once I asked one lady that they forgot to put hashbrown in my sandwich, she said I was not working that day . It was not me . I never said it was her but she became so defensive. Then I manager came and she made my sandwich again . They really need to teach customer service skills to their staff.

Anybody thinking of going to this Tim Hortons on bridge view drive and should wait because there is a McDonald's opening up three blocks away ... I guarantee you that the McDonald's will not run out of food the way this Tim Hortons run out after 5 everyday... Plus the copy at the McDonald's is cheaper

I went to this location in this morning, there was a girl taking order from me and she was talking to her teammate and then she asked me my order again. And I had to repeat my order three time for a coffee. I know you can’t just work straight during work hours but talk only when there is no line up.
