Nice office staff; the walls are paper thin & the floors squeak like crazy. Definitely could use some updates on sound control... Neighbourhood is going down hill fast unfortunately

There is now homeless people sleeping in the hallways and stair wells. Avenue Living will not do anything about it.

I've been hear for almost 5 yeArs. And in those 5 years I had to deal with very cold temps in the apartment in winter. So bad that wAter froze in the appartnent for 4 days continuesly that was in a plastic glass right by the heat line. The maintence is very poor and there maintence man has very poor skills. The girl at the office Jen has no personality as she try's to cover issues with no knowledge of commercial code. Sn

Nice sized units, relatively reno’d, large decks, close to schools & 7/11, right off major road way for easy commute PET FRIENDLY PUPS TOO Jenn in the office is great;The noise separation between the suites & hallway is nonexistent. None of the staff seem to be able to or allowed to do anything you’d assume was part of the job description. Like what is the other office staff other then Jenn even for! If uncontrolled noise, car break ins, and bugs is your tolerance you might be okay here.
