After seeking several quotes to finish a project, we felt frustrated and reluctant to trust just any contractor to carry us across the finish line. Alair Homes Brandon was great to work with from Feasibility Planning to Construction, we always had a quick response and turnaround on changes. They were professional and the site was immaculate (we especially appreciated the quality of work from their carpenter Rudi and extra steps during COVID-19) Kyle kept in touch via text and we were able to work through several changes/issues still receiving a credit back. I would recommend Alair Homes to anyone who wants to see the job done beginning to end on time.

Renovating our entire original 1972 home and indoor pool was a project!Our best decision was choosing the professionals at Alair Homes Brandon to manage it. Kyle’s expertise was evident throughout this project from setting the budget to selections to the last stroke of paint. The attention to details, honest communications, and solid relationships with local trades made this project we feared to tackle into a memorable and rewarding experience. Professional communication, unfortunately smaller home renovations are not of interest to them. I was however provided with alternative contact information, would have liked to experience their workmanship with possible future business. I understand their desire for larger, more lucrative jobs, but its still disappointing.

As property owners, my family roots are in the Clear Lake area, dating back to the late 1800s. My immediate family has owned this particular property for over 60 years. I have spent a large part of my adult life working overseas, but have always returned to the area that I call home.Having a vision in my retirement to build a house on the family property, I spent countless hours planning, designing, constructing models, working on pricing and meeting with builders. We had Cody Silvius from Alair manage our project. He did an outstanding job explaining the Alair process, and was able to explain all the necessary steps to complete a successful project. We looked forward to our weekly updates with him that kept us aware of all the work that was completed and what was to come next. Cody was able to answer any questions that we had about the trades and supplies. Being so far away is was comforting to know that our project was in good hands with Cody and Alair. Our experience with Alair was a great one and we would highly recommend Alair to anyone starting a project.

We were so happy to have chosen Alair Homes Brandon for our main floor renovation and the construction of our garage rooftop deck. From the planning to execution, our project manager Kyle Neufeld had the expertise and knowledge to turn our ideas into reality. Alair was very thorough during the planning and budgeting stages which provided for a smooth construction phase. We were happy to have someone else responsible for ordering materials, coordinating trades, tracking the budget and handling any issues that came up during construction, which greatly reduced our stress while living in the house during the renovation. There was a huge value for us having Alair Homes manage our renovation and peace of mind knowing the work is on warranty. We would not have taken on a project of this scope without them.
