Two Men and a Truck

I will never choose them again. I have to say that heir moving team is good, however their sales team is so bad. In order to make enough money, they try to play tricks about the quotation by not following the quote and what they promised. Completely no commitment at all.Here is what happened. the sales girl come to my house and quoted 3 men and one truck with a rate of $200/hr, est 7.5hr by seeing the whole work load. And she told me they will charge based on actual time. She even called me to confirm that there is no change on my side. Then they start their disgusting show. On the moving day, they sent 4 men without noticing me and revising quotation in advance. For sure the total moving time is 1 hr shorter with the same amount of load and more labour, but I didn't request the extra labour. In the end, they still charged me 7.5hr. when I called the girl who quoted this job, she told me they care about the customer's feeling, so they sent an extra man by themselves to help without charging extra and that is why they charge 7.5hr still.What a joke!!!!!! they care about customer by not informing customer they changed the quote? they care about customer by not following what they promised? they said not charging extra and they charge me 7.5hr instead of 6.5hr. LMAOAt the end, I paid the 7.5hr because I respect those 4 young men's work. But guys, do not choose this company. Business without commitment is bs and not trustable.

We had hired another moving company and the day of our move they cancelled. I called Two Men and a Truck and explained the situation and Sona said she would see what she could do. Within 30 minutes she called back and said the guys were on their way. They arrived, packed up the apartment and had us moved in 3 hours. So thankful for this great company. I would highly recommended them! Thank you.

The intake process was thorough which ensured the accuracy of the quote. The day of the move the guys were patient, polite and efficient. The only thing that didn't sit well with me was the deductible for damages(which could very well be an industry standard). I completely understand the need for it, however I also except that if something gets damaged, it gets fixed.Overall the guys were awesome & this company was very easy to work with!

Very happy with my experience with this company. The person doing the quote was prompt, quick and helpful. The day of the move everything was friendly and professional. The estimate matched the reality of the move and I paid what I was expecting going into the move. Great company to work with.

I have never used a moving company before other than personally renting a truck and doing it myself. In this case, I hired Two Men and a Truck and was super happy with the initial phone experience, follow up e-mails with the quote and next steps, and most of all the movers themselves. They were such nice people, and went above and beyond to make the move smooth and fast. Will definitely use in the future!

All the people in the office and also the actual moving guys all were so nice and professional. They made it look so simple for the move and accommodated all our requests specified for our move. The Manager Miss. Rhoda, Marcus, Peter all in office and Emanuel in the moving team were very kind and helpful. They explained us all the details and did not leave any gaps in communication and service.Me and my wife are Very happy with their service. The crew here is very professional.They did my move with no issues at all. Everything was wrapped and stretched properly to ensure safety of my items. Their CSR, Sona Davis is very kind lady. She made sure everything is within my budget by giving me special discount and complimentary mattress bag. She took an inventory of my items and the move was exactly as she estimated. Overall, I was very happy with the services I got.
