It was very nice to be able to reach someone RIGHT away when I called with a delivery concern. Spoke to Paul and he called me back a few hours later and confirmed my delivery. Website had easy ordering and I'll definitely be using these guys again.

Extremely unprofessional... I placed an order and notified them that I needed it sent the next day, even paid extra for next day delivery. It's been three days now since I placed the order and I haven't gotten the basket. No one is picking up the phone or answering emails. I spent $120 on a basket, didn't even get it and had to buy an alternative gift for the person it was meant for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

After an address mix-up, they picked up the misdelivered item and re-delivered it promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.
