Found online that they sold Simpson" brand helmets. Decided to visit in-store to get a feel of the actual helmets. Walked in and right from the beginning customer service was non-existent. I asked if I could possibly try on the helmets to see which size would best fit and was met with

Loved my experience! Bought a jacket and worked with Stephanie to do an exchange, seamless process the whole way through. They were very quick to respond and she was extremely helpful! Love this place! Looking forward to recieving my Terry (Fubar) jacket, will certainly be back to shop here. Dont mind the timing that it took as its all handmade and one of a kind...in a way!
