We did a full kitchen renovation this summer and chose Ora Kitchens to build our custom kitchen. Victoria was amazing from the beginning coming up with innovative ideas to maximize our space, and helping me choose the finishing details. She worked with our budget, and everything was delivered and installed on time as promised! Would chose them if I were to do it all again.

What a wonderful experience to work with Ora Kitchens & Bath. It was such a pleasure to work with caring and attentive professionals throughout the whole process. My budget was limited but Victoria managed to make my dreams come true. She listened to all my concerns and came up with wonderful suggestions. It was like she could read my mind! The timelines were exactly as predicted - even during this time of product delays. All of the staff were knowledgeable and skilled. The finished product is wonderful. I love the quality and style. This business has made our lives miserable! We placed an order with them mid-Feb based upon their stated lead times for install of (max) 6 weeks. Upon providing a $20k deposit, suddenly lead times became 9 weeks. The delivery date came and went without notice from them (we were not living in the house at the time so didn't immediately discover their no show"). Several days later my wife calls and is informed of a 3 week delay (which we reluctantly accepted). Not wanting a repeat situation

Wow! Victoria Aita exceeded all of our expectations in helping us create a quality, exceptionally well designed, functional kitchen, especially during COVID challenges. We sincerely appreciate her attention, care and professionalism and highly recommend Ora Kitchens. This kitchen is truly a show piece of our newly built cottage.

The famous Covid shelves. You know the ones that are in the background when you’re having a zoom call? Well I saw so many that I wanted some of my own. I attempted to design a full wall unit and Ora Kitchens made my vision come true. My vision was to have one huge wall unit from floor to ceiling to give an enhancement to the room when walking through it. I wanted this room to stand out from the others. I wanted this room to be unique from the rest of the house. Ora Kitchens made this a dream come true for me. It is more than I had imagined and turned out perfect. I think I found my new favourite room to hang out in. Even during COVID, they managed to perfect this unit in a contactless manner. I found them to be so friendly and very willing to please. Melissa was always so prompt to reply making me feel like I was the only customer. And I think she was just as excited as I was for the results. Merci

We just had our kitchen done by Ora Kitchens and truly in love with our new space. Victoria took our ideas and turned our space into a dream kitchen. She took time to talk through the details with us and made changes to the design, until we came up with the final plan. Communication was fantastic. Victoria also helped to design built-ins around our fireplace which turned out beautifully.

Right after we paid our deposit for a new kitchen Ora doubled our lead time for installation. It seems to me that we were bumped for another client that was deemed more important.We did receive a full refund for our deposit and I was happy to spend our money elsewhere.The average kitchen is very costly and Ora didn't blink an eye to see our money walk out the door.
