My dad was very sick in 2012 and was hospitalized for months there. All the team was extremely devoted for his care and I couldn’t asked for more. A special thanks to them. I also went went for an I.R or blood test which was very quick to do. One thing just don’t forget to pay for your parking inside the hospital before going out

Passing through the town our little girl caught a virus and we had to bring her in to the ER. We didn't expect much, but the folks at the hospital were great - very accommodating, trying their best to speak English to us, showing a lot of care and understanding. A huge thanks to all the wonderful nurses at the ER and the pediatric department and to the doctors for taking care of our little girl and our family.

Bloqué plus d'une heure dans l'ascenseur de l'hôpital de Chicoutimi, a attendre qu'un technicien arrivé et quand il le débloque, personne pour s'excuser ou venir voir si les trois personnes vont bien.C'est vraiment lamentable pour un hôpital .

After many visits to this hospital for myself, my mom, my daughter's.....most recently my 5 year old with a real emergency! Also having lived many different places in Canada I can say with absolute confidence this hospital is a well deserved 5 star all around, one of the best! So happy to live in a city with such an amazing hospital!

Vendredi 24 mars 2023 en urologuie l'infirmière c'est trompé de produit à injecté dans la vaissi et c'est la 2ieme fois que ça arrive et qu'on prend ça à la légère et que personne fait de raport d'incident! Et samedi de nuit jusqu'à dimanche matin super bon service au urgence lorsque je suis arrivé en ambulance. J'espère que cette hôpital va avoué c'est éreure parce que en urologuie les infirmiers ont pas la tête la du tout prenne pas le temps de bien lire les préinscriptions des patients. Inacceptable de ne pas faire de raport d'incident pour vouloir sauver sont emploi.

The Hospital is very organized, but the wait can be unbearable. Even with an appointment expect a delay of 2-3hrs. Clear your schedule for the rest of the day. The reception can be a little rude; understandable given their long work days. Nevertheless the doctors and nurses are very professional and efficient in their work.

My wife gave birth there! All the doctors and nurses were so kind to us. They were always there when we needed them.
