Great service. They saved my money and time

Ive been dealing with Pirates on/off for past 12 years, They usually take care of new tires for me. They are always less than any other tire provider who I've found and they do good work. I recommend this place to anyone who needs tires I visit Barlow location only but they have one in Chinook as well.

I strongly advise AGAINST visiting this establishment under any circumstances! Firstly, they misplaced my valve caps, resulting in two tires being completely bare when I arrived to collect my car. Despite my insistence on having the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Audi caps, they attempted to gaslight me by claiming that they were unnecessary. However, I had possessed them prior to the visit. If I were the proprietor of such a business, I would have promptly ordered the appropriate caps, particularly considering the substantial amount I had just invested in purchasing and installing new tires. In addition, it is evident that they simply ordered the tire caps from Amazon, and they are certainly not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) caps.Secondly, they failed to replace all of the valve stems, neglecting all but one. Consequently, I had to schedule another appointment to have the remaining stems replaced. This oversight is highly unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail.Lastly, my front-right tire is now completely flat. Even my boyfriend, who is a mechanic, is appalled by the substandard work performed at this establishment and is well aware of the proper procedures. If it weren't for the knowledge and expertise of the people in my life, I may have departed on the first day without noticing these issues. As a result, I have decided to take my flat tire to a different shop, as my confidence in this company has been completely shattered.
