I usually do my weekly shopping in this Sobeys on Topsail Rd. I like available choice and presentation of products. Once, I had a problem with my gift card, but after contacting the customer support line, the manager of this branch helped to solve the problem, and my card amount was recovered the next day. Nice customer service, really. Always perfect attitude from the staff

Produce quality is consistently poor. Can't count how many times I've brought vegetables home only to find that they are rotten inside. Prices have gone up while quality and service have gone way down.

Could have wider selection of produce but otherwise good grocery location in west end of city and at this point only location within easy bus or walking distance for Cowan Heights and area. Quality of produce is low, as in rarely fresh even for the Island. Prices of prepared salads is through the roof. Saving grace are some/most of the great staff. As a corporation Sobeys you need lower prices and worry less on share holder profit. Do wish this location would do some renovations or updating. Other locations in the area are much cleaner and modern-day

Clean and modern place to shop for groceries. We'll stocked with just about anything for your fridge and pantry needs. I do find them a wee bit pricier than the competition though.

I really like shopping at this store. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I've been shopping here since the beginning of the pandemic and haven't had any complaints. I even got an Air Miles offer because I hadn't been there for a couple of weeks. That was a first!!

I encountered a racist employee. I approached to ask if the store carries plant based cheese; she made eye contact with me and then continued talking with her friend. Her friend stopped their conversation and told me yes, and then proceeded to give me directions for finding it.

Sobeys is the only supermarket in the Topsail Rd area to shop for groceries. The food is a little pricey but great deals on sales. Staff very friendly...

Love this store, always great service and the deli is great.Even though I have moved I go to this Sobeys when I get a chance.
