George is absolutely amazing! I came with exhaust pipe broken down. Visited four car repair shops before I came to JPG Exhaust, but no one wants to take me on last minute request. George fixed the car within an hour and also fixed the problems other repair shops missed. Thank you so much George.

I've visited JPG Exhaust three times, all for issues related to my exhaust system. The first visit resulted in a partial repair. While the initial problem was addressed, another related issue surfaced soon after. I can't definitively say if the first repair was flawed, but I ended up returning to have this new problem fixed, which they did charge me for. Later, when a different component failed - one related to the previous repairs - they were kind enough to fix it at no extra cost.The initial two experiences left me feeling a bit unsettled, but the last visit was fantastic. Be aware that one of the older staff members has a direct communication style. While this can be a bit jarring, it's also indicative of her intelligence and skill. Just be prepared for it and try not to take it personally. The younger receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. The mechanics are swift and efficient with their service.In spite of some initial hiccups, I'd say this place is run pretty well overall. The team is competent, and they seem to genuinely care about resolving any issues that arise.

Not professionals, time wasters.At any, and I mean any sign of challenge they will just want to cut part off and replace (upsell).They put the lady at the front who is clueless and probably never touched a tool in her life in charge of what's getting done and she will deny the smallest deviation from the normal"."

Excellent service. I went for a quote to repair my 09 Tacoma exhaust. I expect to be pushed to replace all pipes, muffler and catalytic converters. The quote was only for what was needed, connections and muffler. All to be done in about 45 minutes. Price was reasonable (<1K). Did not need to schedule future appointment. Was able to get done that morning. After work was done, visually inspected. Solid new connections and well mounted muffler. Thank you to Laura & team. Amazing and honest shop..... Went to another muffler shop in Burlington and they told me I needed a new muffler.... Decided to get a second opinion at JPG.... They inspected my car and told me everything was fine, and the other shop was wrong..... Laura the service manager was great. Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need.If you value a good honest shop, I highly recommend JPG.
