The worst service I have ever seen! They are really not feeling the mobile order! I just ordered two drinks but waiting for 20 minutes!! My friend ordered food and drinks but they didn’t give her drinks! I will never come here again!

Great location, easy to access. I like the open space in this store. Lots of room, especially during the Covid-19. I will visit often.

The person who assisted me, who is also the manager of the store ( unacceptable) was not listening to my order at all. That was the first issue. I ordered breakfast sandwiches and ice coffee no ice. He added a hash brown on my order, if it wasn’t for me to question the incorrect price, I would’ve been charged extra without knowing. After that, I said I also wanted to add on a bagel, and he gave me a face, as if I’m ordering more than I can eat, I’m sorry that I’m 5 month pregnant. Then he passed me a black coffee with ice. I told him that I wanted it without ice and he did not apologize at all, he simply pour the ice out in front of me. The way he treated me was rude and extremely unpleasant. I told him that he was not paying attention to the orders. He started raising his voices and said he had it corrected so I should’ve be bringing it up again, and of course no apology was given, but instead he was raising his voice and arguing with me in front of a line of customers. I then asked to speak with a manager, he said he’s the manager and there’s nothing I can do about it. I also asked if I can speak with someone supervising over him and he said there’s no one available. To have this type of client service is discriminating and disrespectful. I understand that people do make mistakes but the attitude that I’ve received is simply disgusting. No one should ever be treated the way he treated me, not to mention that he’s the one making the mistake.

Its in Pacific center mall . Its got alot of seating area . Free wifi. Food is decent but portion on the wraps could be alot bigger for the price . Had the candy cap chill coffee drink was good the large is a good size large . Location is next to the bus stops on the pender side of PC mall .

Coming from the states every Canadian friend talks about this coffee chain. Its good, tim bits are great (little donuts), coffee is good and the food is good and made on order.

Was on a trip to Vancouver so decided to try a Canadian fast food chain. I was there for a breakfast, decided to try some donuts. Employees were ok and did their part. Store was clean.Donuts were below average unfortunately, nothing special.After this experience, I decided to just try local places.

Staff here,especially young males should've subjected to sensitivity training. .ore than once I got outlandish, disapproving looks (I'm trans) and although I placed a $30 order there two of them looked like they'd be happier if I'd not entered their establishment. I had to ask repeatedly to get a second cardboard tray to carry my drinks safely in and missed my bus home as a result. This will be the final time I spend money at such an undignified predjudiced establishment.
