Dirty tables, really dirty bathrooms, the floor with soda thrown away and in half an hour we were there they didn’t clean it, and it was stepped on there because it was just where the soda machine was.Ok I never do this but…There have already been several times or all the times I have gone, I go once every 15 days approximately. The place are very very dirty, the staff doesn’t care at all about cleaning the area. It’s a fast food restaurant, but it’s still a restaurant. The bathrooms were too dirty, someone dropped a soda in the floor Together the sofa machine, in all the time I was there they didn’t clean it, it was already dirty since I arrived. It also happened to me at the wendys in the center (I’ve only been twice). They should really take the importance that is due, and keep the facilities clean, if the employees are not able to attend and keep clean. Hire someone who is only in charge of cleaning, and that should be every day and at all times, since there are a lot of people.I didn’t finish the hamburger because my stomach turned after returning from the bathroom to take my daughter. Could it be that hygiene measures are not implemented when preparing the food? Oh no, what a horror, I don’t think I’ll go again.

Definitely not the same as the old Wendy's were. I gave a 2nd star just because the cook looked happy. The chicken burger was good, fries were tasteless and only one pop selection. Ketchup dispenser broken. Strawberry frosty was a brownish white and definitely didn't taste like a strawberry. Cue the poor attitude when I questioned the supervisor/manager. All she wanted to do was glare at me and insist, without looking at it, that it was strawberry because all they had was strawberry and chocolate. Hmm... Got a refund after a bit. Very big let down, but judging by other comments, pretty common. No responses by management/franchisee either. Strange. Or, just setting a poor example?What would Dave say?

This is probably the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Have gone a couple times due to location and giving the benefit of the doubt. The burgers are dry, almost guess they are from yesterday, blackened and like leather and the staff has several language barriers. Enjoy your baconator at a reputable Wendy’s not this one.

This used to be the vest fast food restaurant, this location especially. Just ordered 2 meals, Everything is cold, fries have clearly been made for a very long time and sitting. Awful food this time around, also.the last time about a month ago.

just experienced the worst customer service i have seen. my friend and i walked into this location and we’re not greeted or talked to for about 5 mins when no one else was in line. once we were greeted this woman named Jasmine rudely looked at us and said “ one moment “ in a very rude tone. we brushed it off as nothing, but the rudeness continued. after our order was taken we got our food in a decent amount of time, but we now had to wait for her to come back so we could get our drinks. as the drink dispenser was getting refilled. a man in front of us also needed his drink filled and she was giving him nasty looks then finally filled his cup. we asked once for her to fill out cups and she ignored us. after 10 minutes of us waiting we asked again, she glanced and completely disregarded that we were even there. finally when she came over she grabbed our cups. stuck her fingers into our cups and slammed them together as if she was trying to prove something. we then asked for ketchup and she slammed that on the counter. i have never experienced someone being so blatantly rude when ordering from a fast food restaurant. the looks, glairs and over all way she was acting was unacceptable. i will never go to this location again. again her name was Jasmine.

Real nightmare. The dirtiest Wendy's I've been to since the tables and floor were so dirty, French fries on the floor and the bathroom was truly disgusting. From the moment I entered the restaurant and saw what it looked like, I already knew that the rest would be like this. Not to mention that most of the refill drinks were not available and the oven was broken. Wendy's extremely below brand cleanliness and condition.

Brutal service.No straws.Ordered chicken strips with sauce…surprise no dipping sauce.Burger was missing ingredients.Ordered two drinks, one diet one regular..when attempting to ask staff which was which, they quickly shut the drive through window and put their back against it and refused to acknowledge me.Fries were cold with zero salt on them.I don’t know what’s going on at this location lately , but it’s got to be the worst take out in westshore now.

Went through the drive through this visit. Food was ok.... burger was decent but the fries were half cooked. There was no spoon provided with the chili either.

Lobby was absolutely disgusting! Almost every table with old garage all over - almost slipped ok floor with the amount of grease on it. Don’t recommend ever eating in the lobby again. Bathroom was horrible!
