I would like just like to send out a huge thank you to Shoe and Nancy for taking the time today to review my towing bill from back in July of 2021. They listened to my story and situation, reviewed my bill and helped me out with a refund for something that happened 9 months prior. In my opinion this was a way to show a huge appreciation for their clients that you dont see very often these days. Thank you again.

Top notch service. A1 went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to make sure I was back on the road. Anyone else would have made me wait for the next business day. They saved me hundreds of dollars in hotels and fees. Thank you kindly for the professional service.

Had an amazing experience with A1 towing today my car broke down early in the morning on the way to work, I had to leave it sitting where it was which kinda had me worried. Luckily the driver went above and beyond with getting my car to the shop to get fixed, couldn’t have asked for a better out come. Thanks to you all

Our company truck broke down between syncrude and suncor. The company dispatched a vehicle, he called right away and verified our location. Was there within the hour.He was thankful that we got the vehical to a safer location off the hiway to pick up, for him. Our driver, Mike, was very polite, relaxed and helpful. He texted me later informing me of successful drop off of vehicle and keys. The call service checked on us an hour or so later also. He was accommodating by dropping us off at our shop and the vehical at the fleet shop for repair.We are so gratefulSabina and Heidi

These guys are crooks. They jack the price and then they pad the numbers for their own inability to get the job done. Customer shouldn't have to pay for your unpreparedness. I am an employee at a business.
