Staff are efficient and prompt. If they can do it they will let you know...if that cannot they do not waste your time (ie micro chip auto keys) prices are fair and service is excellent! Every key I have ever had made there works....unlike the automated machines at their competitors.

Had a key made, and it unfortunately didn't work but they were quick and courteous in making sure I had the right key and I was only charged for the working key, highly recommend

I needed a new key cut for my Mazda MX3 and while he was testing the key he ended up breaking the lock from the door handle so my door wouldn't open. He kept reefing on it. And then he tells me there's a problem with the door handle and he didn't do it. Of course it was working perfectly fine when I got there. And then he tells me I still have to pay for the key. Worst service experience ever.

Unfortunately I lost my only key for my old Goldwing motorcycle. All I had was one of the lock sets with the key code so checked in with the gentleman here. Within about 5 minutes, cost right where I expected, and excellent service, I had a new key in hand. It worked in the lock I had with me and the bike ignition when I got home too. It happened to be the last blank key he had for that application so I will be going back to get a second once they have more in stock. For now, I'm a happy guy with my old bike back on the road! Highly recommended.

Friendly staff with quick counter service

I was looking for a specific, (apparently) hard to find, key blank and followed a series of referrals to various key cutters across Belleville & Trenton with no luck - none of them were open and had the blank in stock.I was ready to give up, and then I remember Gordon. (They sponsored my little league baseball a few decades ago!)I called, he answered the phone, listened to what I needed, and confirmed he had it in stock. I drove right over, and he remember our call right away and grabbed the key I wanted without me even having to ask.He was pleasant, helpful, and took care making sure he cut and dressed the key nicely. I actually had a few extra house keys made while I was there.Low prices, large stock, and helpful service. Very pleased.

Gord was extremely friendly and created a copy of my motorcycle key with the special blank I provided from Kawasaki. It took him less than a minute, and the price was nothing to complain about either! Highly recommended shop. They are now located near Walmart, Google has the location data wrong!

Very happy with the service. The lock cylinder from the rear liftgate on my Saturn Vue works perfectly after I had it rekeyed for a very reasonable price.

Worst ever, walked in two guys sitting at their desks one on the phone the other looked at us at the counter and ignored us. RUDE service terrible attitude never go back.
