Secret Ingredient YEG

My friend and I went and had such an incredible time. The recipes were new to us and we learned about new ingredients. I highly recommend and will be returning myself!

I thought this was going to be like other cooking classes. I was wrong. The entire experience was unique. The ability to not just cook delicious ethnic food but to hear stories about the food and understand its significance from a woman who embodies the culture of the food was amazing. I loved being able to sit down with other students and the instructor to enjoy the food we cooked and learn even more.I cannot wait to attend another.

We attended a 3 hour Indo Fijian cooking class with 12 others. Class was well paced and the meal at the end was great! The host and instructor were fun and patient.
