Jenny was amazing! Came in for hair colour and olaplex treatment. Left happy. Very clean and friendly salon overall

Customer Service is Horrible! Wife and daughter had an appointment for 4 pm and salon staff ask to move it to 5 pm. Understood and showed up at 4:50 pm. Waited until 5:05 pm and at that pint was asked to ask another 20 minutes. Unprofessional no concept of customer service. No wonder they have very little people going into there business. I would not recommend this to anyone. There are better places in surrounding area for better prices too.Be aware that this review will be responded by us not being recorded or even enter the place.This is the business trying to save face and make false claims. See other 1 star reviews and all have said this business is unprofessional. Good luck if you use the business.

I went to Salon Concepts in Georgetown a few weeks ago to get a full set of highlights with Alexis and she is amazing. My family and I move around quite a bit and I had been using the same hairstylist for 5+ years but I’m so glad I gave this place a chance. Alexis was so kind and patient and did an amazing job with my hair. 10/10!!

Called this place earlier in a panic as a previous salon ruined my hair with hair extensions. My hair was totally matted. Lobna felt so sorry I had to go through that and took me in asap. She was so gentle and I was out of her chair in 40 minutes. I also felt like a haircut was needed so I got Rana to cut it. I usually hate short hair on myself but I fell in love with it today. These ladies are extremely professional. Even the salon atmosphere is great. Ladies who aren’t even giving you a service will ask how you are and say hello. I’m very pleased and I will 100% be back

Came here in December and got my hair done by Lobna, and she did a fantastic job I was very impressed. I’m back here today with her getting my hair highlighted agian.

I had the pleasure of having Rosy do my hair. She genuinely gave me the best salon style blowout ever. She thoroughly parted my hair in sections, and worked her way up to the crown of my head with a round brush. Making sure that each layer got proper attention and time. At the end, she managed to give me the most beautiful curls in my hair that she had created individually with a round brush! A lot of hard work and I genuinely loved the result! I’ve never had someone pay such attention to my hair, so thank you Rosy at salon concepts. I’m definitely getting my hair done by you every time I come there now. Thank you for being so kind!
