WORST experience everBooked an appointment approximately 8-10 weeks ago and all was good fast forward until 4-6 weeks ago as I asked for a rough draft of the design to make sure it followed the art style and concept I was looking for and I get left on read for days at a time,Decided to cancel the appointment as I felt the artist was going to be unable to meet the image I was hoping for as the communication skills have been less then acceptableAsked for a refund of the fully REFUNDABLE depositAnd get left unanswered again for days on end.Called the phone line and it goes straight to a machine for “Ill will tattoos”If I could rate a negative 100 I would so this zero/ 1 star review will have to doIf you want a tattoo I highly recommended avoiding this place like the plague

Brad did my wife's tattoo and it turned out great she is very happy with it and I'm going to get mine in a week weeks and am looking forward to it

Wouldn't recommend. For my first appointment he was 45 minutes late, then served a walk in before me. Which took another hour. My appointment was @ 11:30. Didn't start till around 1:30. No paper work was signed. Didn't even ask me my name or age. He didn't prepare in advance either. The tattoo was great so I thought even though the first time was a rough go I would book another appointment cause life happens and maybe he just had a bad day. This time I booked an appointment for today. I messaged him over a week ago, asking for a little more details about price and what I wanted. He left me on seen. Never answered. Then today at 12:40. 40 minutes before my appointment he messaged me cancelling. I've never met a business so unprofessional.

Northern Sword is always the #1 place I recommend to go for tattoos. I have had work done by Brad, Jake, and Randall and they are all amazing. I am always impressed with the work they do and I love every tattoo I have had done at this shop.

I got my first tattoo here in 2019, it was a great experience, the art is very well done, aftercare was very well explained to me, and the price was great! I want to go back but I've since moved to another province for work :(I recommend this place to anyone wanting a tattoo!!

I went to the shop during open hours. Door was locked, I tried calling multiple times and just kept getting the automated message that this line is not in use, I used FB messages to try and contact them and I can see they have read it but I have had no response.I guess they don't like customers that much if they are not willing to respond to them at all!
