Excellent service and prices, would highly recommend.

Are unit as been broken since January. We have tried to reach them multiple time with no answer. Are unit is just 9months now only work for 6 months. I don't recommend to use them.Since you replied to my post on google you have not tried to reach out to us to fix are machine. Why are bothering answering are reviews you don't fix your issues with clients.

AC was installed within the same week and super quickly. The installation team made sure to clean up the house when they were done and took the time to explain how everything works. Would recommend for sure!

Tout a bien débuté au niveau du service client mais malheureusement, suite à une infiltration d'eau chez moi, il y a eu quelques mois entre l'installation de ma 2e et 3e thermopompe et le service à la clientèle s'est beaucoup dégradé pendant ce temps. J'ai dû faire plusieurs suivis pour obtenir l'installation, et les installateurs qui sont venus sur place avaient une attitude assez désagréable, ont tout sali mon nouveau mur (à une hauteur d'environ 15 pieds donc impossible pour moi à nettoyer), ont laissés plusieurs mégots de cigarette sur mon balcon et ont installé l'échappement d'eau de façon à ce que l'eau coule directement sur le bois de mon balcon, ce qui va sans aucun doute causer une moisissure précoce du bois. J'en ai parlé une dame mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse suite à l'envoi de ma photo. Je ne recommande pas.Merci pour votre réponse, mais j'ai communiqué deux fois avec vous dans le passé et vous ne m'avez jamais répondu. Vous savez comment me rejoindre.

Pour l'estimation et l'installation tout va très rapidement. Le service après vente est par contre inexistant.EditMa fournaise ne fonctionnait pas, le vendeur m'a répondu plus tard qu'il ne faisait plus partit de la compagnie. Quand j'appellais directement à vos bureau je laissais des messages et je n'avait pas de suivi. Une journée j'ai appeller 3 fois parce qu'on me raccrochait la ligne au nez. De la mon commentaire.

Ils sont venus faire l'évaluation...Finalement lors de l'installation la machine était trop grosse... on m'a donc remplacé la machine par une sois disant plus petite et plus performante... j'ai due les contacter à plusieurs reprises pour recevoir ma ristourne appliqué au choix de mon appareil qui était offert au moment de l'achat... ils ont laissé un énorme trou dans mon mur.... et l'appareil n'est pas adequat. j'essaie de les contacter et on me lance la balle.

Ils devaient venir installer 2 appareils chez moi aujourd'hui et je n'ai reçu aucun appel, aucune visite. Mon conjoint a pourtant pris la peine de confirmer avec eux hier soir. Aujourd'hui, personne n'a répondu à nos appels. Très très ordinaire comme service. Ils pourraient au moins aviser leur clientèle des contretemps. Très déçue de mon expérience. À lire d'autres commentaires, je ne suis pas la seule.

Super fast turnaround. High end AC devices at fair prices. Would definitely recommend!

Go elsewhere. See below:*2023 UPDATE 2*Since I couldn't reach anyone over the phone I figured I'd go in person to talk to someone. There is nothing there mentioning their company and the door that would lead to their office is just locked. Confusing and frustrating, maybe they went bankrupt or the address is just wrong?*2023 UPDATE*I called these guys over 4 times last summer and everytime I was told they would call me back and they never did.This summer I'm trying to contact them because I never received the Gov subvention I am entitled to and THEY CANT BE REACHED. Phone line has been going straight to voicemail for the past 3 days and they don't call back on the voicemails (probably backed up but they should at least answer the phone). Will have to go in person to their office.*2022 Update*Will probably not deal with these installers again. Bad communication and don't take special requests seriously.I expected better service and care for a 13500$ job (Zephyr thermopumps installation).-Specifically told the sales rep I wanted the Unit centered above the window or at another location (in a hallway), apparently it would have been too tight above the window so the tech decided, without talking to me about it, to install it on the side of the window unalligned with anything (Looks pretty awkward, see picture. I know it's not that big a deal, but I specifically didn't want it there and had discussed another location prior).-Equipment arrived later than mentionned during the evaluation, so installation was pushed back a week later. On the day of the installation, the installers forgot to bring one of the units and told me they'd have no time to install all 3 (Even though they arrived an hour early to the installation) so I had to take another day off work for the installation of the third unit.Hopefully customer service will be good ... No compensation or alternatives were proposed for installing at the wrong location. *Update: It is not. impossible to reach customer service, after-sale service is horrible*.
