My furbaby only likes the Dufferin and Major Mackenzie. Michaela is so nice and patient with our little one, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Not sure why they have such unfriendly people working here. I’ve been in more than a few times in the last 6 months and it’s always the same miserable people working. Never get a hello from anyone or any kind of acknowledgment at all. So today was my last time and definitely won’t go back. Manager must be horrible as well as to have staff line this.

We started bringing our puppy Badger about a month now and David the trainer has made it an excellent experience. He takes the time to explain all the proper training methods and also helps us pick out the best food and toys for our puppy. Thanks David

Bobby-Jo was excellent - very friendly, knowledgable and great with Misha (my little Shi-tzu). I would highly recommend PetSmart for grooming. I have taken Misha several times to 2 different locations and have not been disappointed yet!

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us to adopt 3 wonderful kittens and made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to get more food and toys! The staff are passionate about animals and it shows.

Impossible to get a grooming appointment here unless you book over a month in advance, and then they’re likely to cancel on you. One time they even cancelled my appointment and said they couldn’t do anything about rescheduling it. The store itself is great and the Groomers do a great job… if you’re ever able to keep the appointment.

Nice, friendly service. They are at first a little put back by tone and how we look. But quickly eased up once we were nice to them.
