Today was very sad for me and my husband because our old male cat had to be uthenized. Dr. Rebel was very kind and spent a lot of time us regarding Dusty's health. Thanks to all of the kind staff.

I have a dog that doesn’t do well with meeting strangers, she needs a little bit of time getting use to you. During Covid I took my dog to see them and was not informed before hand that I won’t be allowed in with her. When I handed her over they were back outside with nothing but judgement. The only option was to pay $50 for meds that would calm her down and come back later. Those meds didn’t work. I went to a different vet that allowed us inside and worked with my dog and how she is around new people, not forcing my dog to work the way they want her to within a couple of minutes. Took her to Fraser Valley Animal Hospital and got fantastic service.

I'm so glad we found this clinic when we moved to Mission. We have been searching for vets that will take the time to really listen to us and take any concerns we have seriously for YEARS. I was so impressed by how thorough the vets were when we brought our dogs in for their annual exams and initial visits.Since then, one of my dogs has needed surgery to remove a suspicious lump and the other had to have a cracked tooth extracted. Every staff member at the clinic handled both my dogs (and my worries) with compassion, patience and kindness throughout surgery and recovery. Their pricing is reasonable and they are very transparent with costs prior to going forward with any treatment.Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone at Cedar Grove for loving our dogs as much as we do!

The most pathetic experience ever. For 2 years after x-rays and multiple exams they never figured that my cat has a knee cap out of the socket. They sold multiples medications with no effet. I went elsewhere. The doctor after 45 secs by touching the injuries was able to find the problems. After surgery the cat is up and running with no medication. Avoid the place like plague

The rude lady r@se at the front needs to quit her job, so rude. Learn to speak to people, it reflects on the the clinic

Dr. Roy is an amazing vet. He’s compassionate, listens to concerns and has a gentle patient approach to my aging dog.

I have been taking my dog, Ellie, here for almost 5 years. My dog is treated very well, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, I have never felt rushed, they always give me good information and are sensitive to my finances. I will absolutely continue to bring my pets here in the future.

We called Cedar Grove on Christmas Eve at 2:30pm (not realizing they closed at 4) asking if we could bring our puppy in as no one else had space and our regular vet was on holidays. Let me be clear that we have never been a client of theirs in the past, they have never seen our dog. I was concerned about her but wasn't sure if it warranted an emergency visit or not. They accommodated us and had us come down right away to squeeze us in before close. I'm not sure of the name of the veterinarian we saw but we had zero wait. They worked with us until right before close, running blood work and performing an exam and some special functional tests before calling me and letting me know they thought she needed to head to boundary bay emergency where she could be seen by a specialist.This wasn't what I wanted to hear obviously, but I was very appreciative of how kind each member of their staff was and how professional and thorough the vet was we saw (I wish I knew his name). He managed our expectations, advising us to prepare for her to stay the night in hospital, which she did and created less upset when emerg told us that. The emergency he referred us to treated us (and most importantly our puppy Debbie) so well. We're so grateful Cedar Grove got us in with zero notice and sent us to the people who could help her the best. I've only have one appointment here but feel like I can say they truly care about the animals here and it's very evident in their approach and welcoming demeanor.If you're looking for a new vet, don't hesitate to take your animals here. My dog had to have surgery. Healing time with stitches in they said was 40-60 days. They took the stitches out in 21 days which wasn’t enough time for healing.They said in hind sight they took out the stitches out too early. And now she needs the surgery again. The initial surgery was $2000. And now they want me to pay again.

Very disappointed as I was highly recommended to go here. On my first visit the vet immediately cut me off as I tried to talk, I couldn't get an opinion or a word in. After the examination she recommends blood work and an ultrasound (at this point I have done that twice elsewhere) - then proceeded to make me feel bad using the if it were me I would do this for my animal".
