Dr. Stevens is a wonderful dentist who takes time with his clients. He ensures that procedures are properly explained and that you have the best experience possible at a dentist's office. The hygienist he works with is equally wonderful. They fit me in before the holidays when I was experiencing pain and I am immeasurably grateful.

Absolute worst dental office ever! Completely unprofessional. There are many other great places to get dental work done in Timmins.....this is not one of them. Please do yourself, and your family a favor, stay far away from this one! I have never been so disgusted by such unprofessionalism in all my life. Plus they'll rip you off. Go elsewhere trust me!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I'd still be complaining that I can't give negative stars. There are other reasons to keep your family out of here... ask around town. SMH

I had my Invisalign treatment here - Dr. Stevens and Jess are the best! I’m happy that my treatment is over, and ecstatic about the results, but I’m sad that I won’t be seeing them for appointments anymore! :)

I am so pleased to have had the most fortunate luck to find Dr. Allison Clark for my elderly mother. She has went beyond the call of duty to take care of her medical issue. Thank you so much! Dr. Clark is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable and is obviously in the profession that she loves and it shows.If you are looking for a awesome dentist, look no further!

My Dentists is amazing!But the front desk staff Are ignorant, Unorganized And they don't communicate. The dentist is a really uncomfortable place for a lot of people and it's really expensive. You would think the people you first meet would be pleasant. Something needs to change because this is the main complaint about this place.

Dr paquette is the best dentist I ever had if you go with him for just a filling and everything else u can’t go wrong and u won’t feel a thing he’s the best dentist in timmins bare none highly recommended

Alright so, I needed alot of work done and the dentist I was going to see here was fantastic, we had a treatment plan and got quotes from my insurance. They get a one star because the front desk staff cannot communicate with one another and flat out lied.to me . They canceled my appointments 6 times in a row. First it was because they didn't have the proper tools? Then it was because they were waiting on a quote from my insurance which I had received but they never called and asked for it. Then admitted that the excuse of not having the right tools was a lie and they just were waiting for the insurance pre exam quote. Then tried to rush to get me in because my dentist was leaving the practice, I had explained multiple times I worked a camp job and my appointments were not able to be moved around. When I expressed my frustrations regarding the front end staff lying and lack of communication the person I spoke with basically just admitted to knowing they had issues like it wasn't the first time someone complained regarding this . They called about 5 times after I told them to stop calling to try and rebook me as I was going to find a new office to deal with. Very frustrating very annoying. I'd rather have my teeth rot then deal with them again
