One of the worst! Staff doesn’t even know the names of their own donuts. Snow is never cleaned around drive thru, and full of nasty potholes that aren’t fixed for years.

This place has gotten worse in the last year. The outside is filthy and the drive through is littered with garbage. Some employees are extremely lazy. There’s only one person on counter service during the lunch rush, and the place is packed with students. Oder ahead or use the drive through if you don’t want to wait forty minutes for a coffee!

Chris is one of the nicest employees I encountered while there getting my large hot black coffee with extra ice. he is very cute. u have his number? wish I could give more stars for those deep brown hazel eyes that stared into my soul when getting my coffee.

I would give 0 stars actually. Asked for ice coffee and they gave me coffee with melted ice. Even the glass was hot. The employee just said « oh yea we don’t have any more ice coffee so i just gave you regular coffee with ice ». I would have liked to know that before actually paying for it.Also the pothole in the drive through will destroy your car.Avoid this tim hortons at all cost honestly..

Coffee was good but service was despicable, the lady at the counter was showing frustration because I wanted to collect tims points, she kept saying I had to tell her before, she didnt bother asking if I had a tims card, not welcoming at all

Why is the in-door dining almost always closed?!! Even when I can SEE there are 4-5 employees working, they choose to close the indoor seating area. It's like they just can't be bothered to clean the tables after, so take the easy route and allow Drive through only. A pandemic era practice that has unfortunately taken root for no good reason!!

The coffee was good but not the service. I was told the 6 muffins I wanted weren't available anymore in the flavor I wanted so I was forced to choose another option (almost no options). Two minutes later, the muffins I wanted were there. If the staff had told me that the muffins I wanted were in the making, I could have waited without a problem. I was not given the choice to decide and that is why I felt deceived. For instance, the sir behind me wanted the flavor I didn't want but I took all of them because I was mislead to believe that I had no choice (I had no idea what is happening in the kitchen). The staff refused to exchange and thus both of us clients were left disappointed. Please be honest with your customers: if the product they want is 2 or 20 minutes away.. tell them.

Smells bad donuts are a disaster staff always laughing ignore customers very messy, check out photos get orders wrong
