My husband and I went to an open house a year ago and Daniel Da Cunha was the agent hosting the open house. We were not really in the market but we did consider downsizing and we had a few question as it has been 18yrs. since we had purchased our home. I was sure a lot of things had changed in that time! Impressive office, friendly staff, great location. This company has 17 offices in southern Ontario and operates like a structured corporation. Very professional and efficient, and offers great training and support to its agents.

They never returned the call to provide me the required details even after 4 calls I made to the billing/ finance department.

Listed our house with one of their agents Ruth Armstrong, she talked us into reducing the price she set on our house by $55'000.00 When she double ended the deal conditionally our viewings magically stopped. When we told the truth after closing she threatened to sue us. You know what NOT to do!

We had Michelle Pock drive all over the place it seemed like and the we settled on a place in the north but when came to selling our place she did an AWESOME job !Very professional and very informative about how to go about with the sale ,and we ended up with 20 thousand over asking and in just 5 days !!!
