I went for eye liner tattoo with Marcella !! What an amazing experience :) I am so happy with the result, i felt welcomed and so comfortable! Beautiful and clean salon. She is so gentle and graceful, she cares about every detail! I actually booked for a eye brow and a lip treatment because she did such a good job at giving me a line that looks natural so i am confident. Thank you TEAM !

I recently went to BBM to get lash extensions for the first time. Amelie did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I had previously gone to get a lash lift and tint as well, which was also amazing! I will say that from the moment you walk in to BBM, you feel welcome. I have met a few of the staff members and everyone is friendly, welcoming and talented!I would definitely recommend BBM to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming and empowering place to get your beauty enhancements done.

This is such a great place with such a welcoming environment! I went in with my mom and her friend to watch get their treatments done and I immediately wanted to book with BBM someday because they did a great job on their services, and everyone there was so kind and friendly. They even gave us coffee on the house from the coffee shop next store. I highly recommend them!

I went in today for an eyebrow waxing and it was so so nice. I went in seeing if I could get a same day appointment and I did! Me and Deanna talked about what we could do with my eyebrows and what she will be doing. She explained every detail and exactly what she was doing before doing it. She definitely went into detail and made my eyebrows looks AMAZING. The staff is so nice and it is so pretty in the room. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt it was absolutely necessary to tell others how wonderful my experience was having my eyeliner permanently done by Marcella. Every step of the way was fantastic I had a small fear of pain and of course the fact that it was permanent makeup being done. Marcella made me feel so comfortable from start to finish with no pain what so ever during the application. Thank you for your professionalism and care. I will see you soon for my future needs.

Had the absolute best experience! I got a lash lift and tint and GM Collins facial. Anna was a professional start to finish! I will be a regular with her for any service she recommends. In early February called BBM Ottawa and spoke with Erin. The sole purpose of this call was to make inquiries. I am a 69 year old woman and wanted defined but very natural permanent makeup. After speaking with Erin, I must say for at least 25 minutes, and asking her about lash perming, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip makeup and eyebrow tattooing, she had gained my complete confidence in the above procedures. There was absolutely no pressure in booking appointments, I could not wait to go see them therefore booked right there and then for Lash lift and perming. A week after I went to Marcella for eyebrow tattooing and April 3rd went for the permanent lip makeup, again by Marcella(excellent, excellent work). I had so many concerns and questions after each procedures and was always answered (they really answer their phones:) with reassuring words both from Marcella and Erin. What I loved the most was how I was greeted with smiles, how spotless the area was, how professional the entire staff was. I simply love all the work they have done and would greatly recommend BBM to everyone. Thanks for making my morning routine easier. My husband no longer has to wait 1 hour for me to get ready :)

Used the services of a beautician Irina. It is very important for me that the cosmetologist has a medical education and knows how to make it beautiful and not harm. Irina is a professional in her field. After the procedures, the face became uniform in color, clean, the pores narrowed, the skin is smooth. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I had a great time and received quality service. Thanks to Irina and the salon. I will recommend to everyone.
