I made my appointment with the doctor weeks in advance when I showed up they said it's the wrong date. I had confirmed my appointment. I realized the staff provided me with the wrong information. They're using an old school system and do not digitally confirm appointments. Email confirmation is recommended.A female staff was extremely unprofessional with me. She made no apology for the mix-up and dismiss me. The doctor did not intervene. I felt racially profiled by the employee. Priority seem to be given to clients that appear a certain way rich" regular folks are treated with no respect. Truly disappointed in this service."

Professional, friendly atmosphere.Just had a visit recently to have my eyes examined. I have been to other offices in the past, but none have been as thorough as Dr. Mungar. The staff were equally professional and friendly. They had a great selection of frames and I was able to find a stylish pair of glasses that I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mungar and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The office is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Mungar took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The exam was thorough and I would highly recommend here to anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses!! Thank you!!

Dr Mungar and his staff are polite, informative, friendly and take the time to explain things to you so you can understand. I purchased my glasses from him as well and it was great to experience a doctor who personally took the time to make sure the glasses fit my head/face properly and comfortably. Highly recommend Dr Mungar for all of your eye exams and eye wear needs.

The entire office is professional and friendly. Each staff member I deal with is kind and takes time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Mungar is very thorough. I tried another optometrist once a few years ago (someone closer to home) but the level of service was not the same. I have since returned to this office for care. I am happy to drive a half hour to the office because I feel they genuinely care about my eye health.
