I feel so bad for the family of the funeral I just attended..The funeral home gave mixed times for the burial service. Once at 11, then 12:00, then 1.Moreover, they misspelled the name of the deceased, and scheduled a wake without informing the family or anyone.Once we got to Brookside cemetery the hearse driver left without lowering the casket for the family and he didn’t even stay until the committal was done. Very amateur and no grace for the family.. left the family completely hanging with no one to lower the casket. Unreal..
