Worst service ever ,cannot call them and even went to office to complain and nobody was there ,had to cancel by internet . Double charged for fuel and took a month to get it cleared up -brutal service

Takes over an hour to get ahold of anyone regarding an oil delivery(when the phone line is actually working).When they did deliver the oil no bill was left. Another 2 hour wait on hold to get my bill.Will be finding a different company for home heating oil.

Have supplied me with propane for the past 10 years. The last 2 years has been brutal. Hours long wait on the phone to arrange a delivery, no call backs and the worst customer service I have ever seen.Time to switch providers..
