Visited the place twice in a day, the attendant in the counter just ignored me and left her post. I don't know if the management is tolerating this kind of act.

I usually go to the other location. I don't understand why the ice capps from here are always so awful. They handed me a black ice capp, I asked for extra cream and got a speech about how I should be asking for extra cream when I make my order. Well .. a normal ice capp don't need extra cream. If it do than there's something wrong.

Friendly people, drive through was a little slow but understandably so, it was packed. My tea was perfect, would definitely go back again.

I entered the drive thru at 6:30pm, the line was not long at that moment(only 3 cars in front of me) ordered two coffees and two teas. When i got to the window to pay the girl she called out the wrong order, when i said no that wasn't my order she didn't know what to do. Another employee came over and i had to tell her my order again. The first girl then took my payment and closed the window but didn't tell me anything. I then sat there for another 6 minutes before she opened the window to ask if i wanted a tray for my four drinks.So it took 14 minutes in total to get my order and not one word was said or no one apologized for the long wait. I really hope this store can improve it's service in the drive thru because this was terrible !!

When to get a creamy chill ( the Oreo one) I told the lady instead of the Oreo strawberry one I wanted it chocolate instead, so the person at the mic decided to tell me no!I use to work at tim hortons and I know dam well that u are able to make stuff the way the customer wants! And it’s ignorant to look at u at the window as they look at you and then talk in there own language wile looking right at you

I visited there today and there was a lady without uniform she was rude an arrogant she don't know how to serve customers and she doesn't respect people who visit here i am very upset because of her. The peoples who manage this tims please make sure that the action is taken. And the reason she was like this we asked for 2nd cup of water. I want to say if she is not good at dealing with customer then why don't she learn it.

Timeless, if you've been to one you've been to them all with the only potential difference being atmosphere and service. This location could use a bit more table cleaning but other then that everything else was standard Tim Hortons.

The ice capps here are absolutely disgusting. I just moved back a week ago and I haven't gotten one decent ice capp from this location. They are extremely bitter, borderline sour. Tastes nothing like cappuccino which is how they are supose to taste when the machine is working properly and being cleaned as well as being made correctly. Typically pick coffee up here for my parents and than go to the other tims location for my ice capp. Pretty sure your turning the machine off when it's not busy, not cleaning the machine enough, or not checking to make sure the proper amount of cream is being dispensed. It's a $4.47 drink .. not cheap !
