These guys were absolutely amazing! The best customer service I've ever received! Compassionate, kind, honest and hard-working, these people went way out of their way to help us. Five stars doesn't seem like enough. They wouldn't even take a tip!

I feel very good leaving my vehicle at Craig’s and travel from Dartmouth to get it serviced here. The mechanics are very thorough and will explain/show any issues found in detail so that I can understand. Service is reasonably quick and prices are good. It’s hard to find a trustworthy garage, but this is one of them!

Great honest mechanics, and very reasonably priced. I came in for an MVI and muffler replacement and they did a few small tune ups without charging me or without me mentioning (Adjusted my clutch hydraulics to gear in better, tightened my ebrake). Really great service overall

They found a leak in my coolant system that Toyota Dartmouth overlooked and wanted me to do a very expensive repair. I took it to Craig's to get a second opinion and that was well worth it! I have used them several times since and have always been very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

I was new driver to Canada and new car owner in 2013, I went to Craig to fix the cruise control.in fact it was already working perfectly, I just did not know how to turn it on my 2005 Honda Civic, it had a separate switch on left bottom side of steering wheel. The lady at Craig said she fixed after 30 min and I had to pay 20$ for nothing as it was working perfectly.

I was recommended by an auto-part staff and was amazed by all good comments here. Came here for four times within the last three weeks. The whole team especially Shane is just amazing and honest and straightforward to check through all I want and give me fantastic referrals to get very good and cheap headlight assembly. Shane is very knowledgeable and direct in advising me which reduced much of my stress and concern. Such a good place to drop in and leave your car to those professionals. Love it and highly recommended.

I went to Craig's knowing 2 issues with my vehicle ( clunk in the front end and emergency brake cable issues ) I normally do all the work on my vehicle myself so I knew what was new and what was old on the vehicle. Given the time of year I decided to try out Craig's given the excellent Google reviews, and I soon found out why. I got a call an hour after opening hours of the shop with a description of the clunk, and they noticed my emergency brake was not functioning. Right off the bat, an honest mechanic.Gave the go ahead to fix the clunk, made another appointment for the following week to get the emergency brake cable replaced. After replacing the emergency brake cable I left with a fresh MVI and a smooth driving vehicle with a more than reasonable bill.Highly recommended.
