Worst customer service and service in general of any company I dealt with. Weekends are closed. After 4:00 pm NL time it's closed. How is someone supposed to get in touch with them? Not everyone has time in between work to call. Not everyone works 7 on 7 off shifts. There are human beings working only weekdays between 7 to 5 pm.2. If you call them, their toll free, outside work hours, there are no way to get your billing information. No options to do that. Just a message saying to call them back later. How is someone supposed to know how much are they going to pay if they are out of town and want to call?3. Their customer service is the worst and has no info. I tried to sign up online and called them 3 times, all the times they said they don't have a system by which you could pay online. But later I registered and you can. Why completely wrong and opposite information. Have to stick with them as there are no other options. No wonder they are so horrible.

Over charged every month and wont do anything about it. Says they are going to and instead adds an extra $100 to our monthly bill.
