We've been using Love HR Inc to help us find great co-workers and have had great success. We don't have an HR department and are using them as consultants and help when times get busy.They've been taking the lead at sifting through resumes, discussing candidates and doing an initial prescreen via phone/video interview. They then summarize the interview and provide feedback/recommendations. To date, their analysis has been spot on by the time the candidates make their way to us and have saved us valuable time from tapping in to their expertise. They've also been very responsive and quick to action any requests from us.I don't understand the negative comments, as this has not been close to our experience, which has been nothing but great!
