Best place, best service, best results. Hands down. Worth the wait and my girl is always looking her finest! Never any judgment when she comes in looking horrible. He just always works his magic and makes her all new again lol

I can't express how angry l am, l took my dog to have a full groom at TJ,s for the first time today as my usual groomer is no longer grooming due to ill health. l spent 5mins explaining to the groomers how l wanted my Schnauser groomed especially the beard, leg feathers and skirt and they said no problem.l came back to pick her up and at first l was speachless at what they had done to her , they had ignored everything l asked them to do. Cut her beard too far and unevenenly, removed all her leg feathers and skirt. Very pòor standard of service,sorry does not cover this.Needless to say l will not be going back.

Our first time taking our little Ted here as we had yet to find a groomer that didn't give him an uneven choppy cut, he was a bit nervous but he was treated very gently by the groomer and we knew we'd come to the right place! Ted looks amazing and was very happy when he was picked up. We have already booked his next groom. Thank you for taking such good care of our little buddy!

Not sure about the negative reviews on here, but I was recommended to use this service by a vet.Nice staff, take information on your dog to find out any issues etc, great system (Online profiles? Neat!).It's hard to find groomers when you're newish to the area. Usually I like my dog shorter cut, but she still looks great. Tidy and even (a big deal to me). Next time I'll have her taken down a length (or half) and she'll be perfect.For our first visit I think it was great. Doesn't seem stressed or unhappy, very quick and abke to take them home ASAP, which is great.

Just one visit so far. You can tell they love the animals. In the end that matters most. Was satisfied with the service for sure...but it was the staff that will get us back in.
