Randy’s Bistro
I have been a few times and have been very happy with everything. The food is delicious, service great and the ambiance is super. The owner, Ryan, greets everyone and explains the menu in detail. All these reasons are why I keep going back. It is wonderful to have a fantastic bistro in Montreal West.

Nothing positive to say about my experience. Food wasn't good and was overpriced. Had fish and chips that inexplicably had curry in the batter and the steak was overcooked. The band was so loud we had to yell to hear each other despite our close proximity. If you're a fan of bad (exceptionally loud) jazz in a confined space and sub-par food, this is the place for you!

Randy’s Bistro
Went on a Wednesday to celebrate a family birthday, and wasn't expecting to be in a bustling neighbourhood pub-style place after eating in Mo-West in this exact location in the past. Randy's Bistro is actually worth going to, the sort of place you know you are coming back to, and not just because it happens to be nearby. I'll go back for the crispy outside, flaky inside fish and chips with a frothy Guinness while others in my group will return for their favourites (grilled cheese with bacon, and the spicy seafood pasta special). Great wait-staff, too. Great place all around.

Was a beautiful dining experience. To begin, the service was exceptional and super hospitable. The best mussels I have ever had and ordering more was a no brainer. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been there quite a few times, having something different each time. Not one item on the menu disappointed! Most have some extra touch - not reinventions, but enhancements like cheese layered under pizza crust for a bit of extra flavour and texture. Service is friendly and helpful and the owner is usually there making sure things run smoothly.You must try the beignets!

Excellent meal. Friendly staff. Attentive owner. High quality ingredients, prepared with expert care, at a reasonable price. Very excited to have such an excellent restaurant nearby.Tasted the Caesar, fish n’ chips, and MTL pizza with smoke meat. Be advised, Randy’s serves Detroit style pizza. These are not the round flat pizzas you may be accustomed to. Deep dish and square, the crunch is drool inducing. Can’t wait to come back and sample more of the menu.10/10 recommend.Edit: went back for another visit at lunchtime. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Tasted the fish cakes, Silk-Fil-A fried chicken sandwich, and chicken parm sandwich (limited time special). Both sandwiches are phenomenal and the fish cakes were fresh and delicious. Very well composed dishes. The Silk-Fil-A sandwich is a MUST-TRY. And if you’re on the fence, get the fries, you won’t be disappointed. The market salad is also very good for those of us watching what we eat.The service was on-point, again. And the owner, who was cooking in the kitchen, took the time to talk with us and the other patrons after our meals.Randy’s embodies what I desire from a friendly neighbourhood bistro.

Friendly atmosphere and can be noisy when busy due poor acoustics. Unfortunately the dining experience is mixed and either very good as a whole, good or poor. One takes a chance on any night!A few weeks ago the fish and chips were excellent but this day the fish was very overcooked - all five servings at our table for 6!The calamari starter was excellent !The Nachos VG, the fish and chips not really edible - maybe regular chef absent?Unfortunately will be a while before attempting to dine here again.

Randy’s Bistro is a wonderful spot to go on a Saturday evening: Friendly staff, live music and delicious meal. I had the deep dish pizza and beignets which were both stellar. Overall very good price for the quality and quantity of the food.

Randy’s Bistro
Went here with my work colleague for a light meal and we were very happy with the experience! Small, clean and bright seating area and excellent service. We stuck to sharing a few of the side dishes (nachos, poutine and grilled cheese) and liked all of them. Very friendly and the dishes tasted great!
