Originally I was happy with the service that was being provided, I was passed between a couple different dentists at the office, every time I went in I would have them pull my remaining balance to my benefits to prevent them from exceeding my benefits package.On my last visit I complained about having a cavity that was causing pain and the dentist was more focused on fixing a couple of small chips on my front teeth that were not bothering me, now my front teeth are extremely sensitive to both hot and cold, and the cavity was never fixed.They went on to send me an invoice for the work that was not asked for and which was also outside my benefits.Thanks for nothing.

This dental centre is amazing. They were able to get me in as an emergency the same day. They were very clear with what they were going to do and gave me options to choose. They were very efficient and i will be staying with them as my regular dentist. Front staff were very helpful. Overall great experience.

Got a tooth pulled, it was fast, easy and gentle. They got me in earlier than my original appointment and executed the tooth extraction perfectly. I highly recommend Trillium Dental Care in Conestoga Mall right beside winners! I will be coming back.

I have had many cleanings in my 50 years and the gentleman who cleaned my teeth at Trillium was literally the most gentle cleaning I had in my entire life. No pain during or after. My teeth are pristine. If you are looking for regular dental care with a soft touch or for children Trillium is the place!

I’ve been visiting the clinic for more than a year now and I have always been super satisfied with the treatment, respect and professionalism of all staff at this location. The dentist Mr Oies is a gem of a person. He completed my left side wisdom teeth removal in 30 minutes with local anesthesia and I did not have any problems with the removal process. He made sure I was aware of the steps and relieved me of any stress whatsoever. I appreciate it when the doc made me aware that no extra caution like a laughing gas or IV sedation is required as long as I’m okay with it. No press to spend extra for it is covered by the insurance. They know how to respect the interests of the patient. I highly recommend the clinic.

Such an amazing dental centre. Highly professional and accommodating, Dr.Shamji is the best. I’ve always been nervous at the dentist, here they’re so kind and understanding. The receptionists are so sweet and knowledgeable too. I forget the name of the dental assistant who always assists, but because of them I always leave feeling amazing. Genuinely the best dental office I’ve ever been to, if you’re thinking about coming to them, just do it!

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! I was very anxious about having my wisdom teeth removed again after having a terrible experience previously. After sharing my concerns with the receptionist, Dr. Hussein gave me a call back and talked me through the procedure and my options. Again, I was really nervous on the day! However, the procedure was quick and painless and Dr. Hussein ensured to keep checking in on me throughout the entire process! 10/10 would recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Dr. Hussein was so personable. You could tell that he likes his job, and just wants people to Smile more. His assistant Jessie was very sweet. I am looking forward to smiling again. Thanks for taking the time, to help me feel valued.
