There was long waiting time . My appointment was at 10:30am in the morning. The nurse called me for evaluation at 12:45 and then Doctor has seen me. The receptionist was very pleasant and informative. I was unhappy only about long waiting, but in all other ways it is a perfect place for consultation.

A great clinic, we can always get appointments within a reasonable time frame. The staff are lovely to work with. Our doctor is really kind, wonderful with kids, and knowledgeable. I am so relieved we get to come here for our kids medical appointments.

I am very satisfied with this Clinic. Sante Quebec referred me here because I no longer have a family doctor. My prescriptions were due for renewals. One visit, consultation with a Doctor, and 15 minutes later I walked out with my renewals in hand. Fantastic. Thank You. I recommend this clinic. 5 stars

Very bad experience, their staff are careless and dereliction of duty. I made an appointment for today's Rapid Antigenic Test for my parents, because the flight is tomorrow morning, so I did the test at 9:45 today, at ELNA Guy1538, Sherbrooke O, Suite 519. Afterwards, the staff told me that the result will be sent to me in 3 hours, but it has not been sent by 7 pm. The plane at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning needs a nucleic acid certificate to board the plane. I don't know what to do now, all my plans have been disrupted, and there is no way to make an appointment with another clinic, because the nucleic acid test is valid within 48 hours. I really doubt that their staff is serious and responsible, are they professional?Very disappointed.

It's really complicating to get an appointment... nearly impossible actually. I called at 8 am to book an appointment for my daughter, waited on hold for 45 minutes to be told they were all booked and to call back tomorrow morning to try and book an appointment in 2 days. I asked if I could book the appointment in 2 days since I'm on the phone with them already and the receptionist said 'On fais pas sa ici, appelle demain à 8 heure!', this is not the first time it's happened. I understand the clinic is busy but I don't understand why we can't book urgent appointments 2 days in advance. We have to call everyday at 8am to MAYBE get an appointment for the next day is if it's book It's 'call back again and better luck next time.' We usually end up going to the hospital because of this when my kid is sick. Your receptionsits need more empathy, they refuse service and pratically hang up on you. The doctors are nice though.... when we do manage to get an appointment.

This is the best clinic I've ever been to. My personal family doctor is awesome and understanding and is helping me so much. My daughter's family doctor is another awesome doctor too, they are litteraly the best doctors I've ever seen! I really recommend this clinic and it's doctors if you have the luck to be one of their patients. You will not regret it that's for sure !

Dr.E. Falls is an attentive and thorough family doctor. She really cares about her patients. The clinic itself is clean, staffed with professionals and has emergency service. I couldn't ask for more. I do hope that the Drs. and staff are supported by RAMQ. We need to care for them the way we want to be cared for.

Have had some negative experiences with my family doctor but overall a decent service.

Excellent service! The doctor was so helpful. I wish all clinics and doctors would be like this in Quebec.
