Dollarama

It's now the 5dollarama lolIts a smaller store, but its clean, with friendly staff for the most part.

Too many people standing around pretending to stock shelves or whatever, while there's only one till open and the line up just keeps getting longer...

Very good staff helpful and fast at checkouts only problem is the store could be twice as big very busy could use more checkouts just because it's a busy place

It is what you would expect of a dollarama bit it was a quick line up even though it was busy.

they have wonderful staff,veronica and cindy are so nice managers .they have every quality of being a best manager.they speak so politely and friendly.they are always ready to help.they work so hard for us.I never saw such a wonderful staff..................................................................................................

Are you artsy and crafty? If so dollarama is well worth going to check out! Plus if you have a candy crave this is the place to go for cheap candy!

Dollarama in Port Hawkesbury does carry some great things customers need but, the staff never seems to smile and the manager Veronica is not the friendliest,either.Less than five years ago,I walked into this store and asked Veronica where the tarps were? I asked her nicely and she was so rude and nasty and actually raised her voice to me! I should have reported her to the corporate main office for verbal harassment.THAT'S A GOOD WAY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. I think her personality is not manager like and i think they need a better manager.Maybe,then the employees will be happier and smile. They need to widen the aisles more and have more cash registers,too.

Dollarama has a terrible policy of no returns whatsoever, even though you have a receipt and the item is not damaged in any way they will not give you a refund or even a store credit!A Very poor practice!!
