Britton Creek Rest Area

Clean enough, well kept. Building facilities could use a bit of love from the people responsible for it though.

Excellent place to overnight, very quiet , the washroom is clean and in summer there are a foodtruck

The rest stop is quite clean and was a lovely little stop over on our trip. The best thing about this rest stop is the snack shop! Without it, the rest up would be a perfectly fine little spot, but with the snack shop, it’s a place that you want to stay for a little while.With a white assortment of drinks, including a truly delicious chai, the Britain Creek snack shop also has sandwiches, samosas, hotdogs, Smokies, ice cream, candy, chips, and other assorted delicious snacks. It’s all very well priced and the owner is an utter delight.There are two electronic car chargers, several garbage and recycling bins, and a lot of room for dogs and kids to walk around. It’s also far enough off of the highway that the road noise isn’t too bad.

Beautiful spot for a break. Walking path through the trees, huge parking for cars and trucks, charging station for EV. Picnic tables throughout. The washrooms were closed but they had port-a-potties available while the washrooms were being worked on.

This is my favorite rest stop on coquihalla hwy! Delicious coffee and food in the food truck during spring to fall season.

July 7, 2023 - if you want washrooms: avoid. Inadequate number of overfilled porta-potties. Flush toilet and sink area completely closed.2 stars just because it’s still a beautiful spot

Out of the way rest stop off the Coquihalla. Typical terrible BC signage to find it. I think they think signs are for people who know where they are going. Having said that it's one of the better one , flush toilets, free WiFi, decent parking and a food truck. Stops on the Coq are few and far between. This one is great for a break before you deal with the madness of Fraser Valley, lower mainland traffic esp. in busy times.

Comfy, nice bathrooms, lots of parking, beautiful trees, lots of sunlight. Little family of chunky floofy ground squirrels living under the tree. Enchanted fairytale rest stop10/10

Now my favourite rest stop on our travels, great food truck, clean well kept bathrooms, lots of parking, great place to picnic & bonus all the little ground squirrels, if you choose to feed them please buy plain nuts for them
