I want to send a shout out to SaskEnergy for sending Drew as a gas service technotion. He reassured me as we suspected a natural gas leak near our furnace. We were very fortunate to have been educated through the radio and online ads that SaskEnergy provided. Drew was reassuring and very professional. I do want to give. a big shoutout to the emergency line as well. But, I want to thank Drew for being the service technition for being knowledgeable.

Called today guess they turned my energy off but i have been making payments for months now and they told me Im not paying enough on top of paying them $300 a month. Then they throw a deposit on top of what little is left over on my bill. They pretty much told me that they will not turn it back on even when winter comes and will let everything freeze in my home. I have no words for what just happened this morning.

bad experience overall. I disconnected my service in September and had an outstanding balance of 100$. I then needed service again this December so I set it up. However, they brought my 100$ outstanding balance to Tax collections and now i owe them 300$ before December 15 because of an additional deposit i have to do now. Great time for the holidays too!Seriously over 100$? I could have paid that before my service re-started on the 1st.Not customer service orientated at all.

Very difficult to get thru to them..saskpower allowed conference call with tenant to add tenant on billing..saskpower were wierd and said tenant has to call separately..its wastage of staff and public time

This company does not care and thinks they can bully us because we have no other choice. I'm sick of these government run companies with no sympathy. They will disconnect your services without notice for late payment then demand a $500 dollar deposit to reconnect. Times are tough during Covid but this company does not care.

As per usual when it comes to government run services... They are incapable of efficiency, communication, and don't care about wasting the time of those paying for the service. I guess government is allowed to create a monopoly. With no competition, you don't need customer service. Stuck in the dark ages. Completely useless. No call, no email nothing after waiting for 5 days, only to learn that they don't actually check to see if they received your payment ...(yes you have to call them every day to see whether they got your money) then waiting on the day they were supposed to be here by noon, still no gas. Called and they said, oh, they must have been called to another job. I've just wasted a whole day and canceled work for these morons. And all they have to do is start my hot water heater because apparently they think the general public is too stupid to figure it out. I can't believe they pay these idiots that work for sask energy.
