We came on a Saturday morning at 8:20am and there was a small line to order. After we had ordered and sat down, the line was long and they told people the wait would be around 30 minutes (depending on what you ordered)I ordered the thin noodles with pork veg and the satay beef macaroni with an additional side of egg and toast for extra $2 (approx). We got milk tea for both. They are very generous with the amount of milk tea they give. The cup is bigger than usual places. It also is pretty smooth, not bitter and the tea flavour is pretty strong. For me the satay beef macaroni and egg toast was too much for 1 person. I couldn't finish it but for others it will be just right. The macaroni was cooked just eight and the satay beef had a lot of flavour to it. The egg was a tad overdone but overall worth it for the price.Overall I would go back to get breakfast again and try their lunch items when available. It's economical, the portions are decent and the milk tea is not bad

Highly not recommended. Tried most of food from their breakfast menu, nothing good and tasteless. Raw onion in potato salad?? If you are thinking whether it is the real 正斗 from Hong Kong, I am afraid they may not be that one.

If I ever come back here and I will, it's because of the milk tea and the service.The owner is really cool and funny. Very 街坊feel. I like that. That's what HK is about.There milk tea is awesome. Very authentic. Last time I came to Parker's place, I went to another shop in the same place for $4.75 a small cup of milk tea. This place, the milk tea actually is smoother (means more evaporated milk). But it's double the size and only$2.5!!!! What a deal!!I didn't have anything else. Just milk tea.

This is a restaurant inside the food court, it said to have Hong Kong style Cantonese meals.The beef and sausages are good; however, the spagahetti is a bit too dry. And the other plate is great for the sauce.Cost is good in decent, not much waiting time for both dishesGood and recommended

Not too bad for food from food court , ordered the beef noodles and beef macaroni, the flavor for the noodles was nice, but lack of flavor for the the macaroni. You can see the difference from the pictures. For both meal, the beef in it was chewy, not soft enough. The lemon black tea was not impressive, you can barely taste the lemon and the black tea, which is like 2/3 of the ingredients you will need for this drink. Feels like drinking a cup of syrup that is watery and with very little taste. Not that bad but it's cheap though. 22 dollars for two people

Inside Parker Place food court. Authentic HK cafe breakfast menu at a good price. Food was great. But it can get difficult to find seating in the food court.

Real Hong Kong style food! Satay beef noodle is very good. The taste is exactly the same as the one I ate in Hong Kong. Spiced pork cubes noodle is also nice. Very few restaurant offer this food in Vancouver. Deep fried fish is a big piece. It is made to order.The Hong Kong milk tea is a must try. Smooth and a good mix of tea. Make of real tea. Much better than bubble tea which contain only chemical powder.

I ordered the A2 (五香肉丁+米粉) combo with milk tea, add-on for eggs & toast. Dine in at food court.Milk tea and vermicelli (in soup) dish were great. However, the (over easy) eggs and toast (both) were in room temperature (may be lower than that). That is not acceptable in Hong Kong style cafe.Hope they can improve the process.
