Chelsey was great to work with. I sent her a couple inspiration photos of our themes and she showed up with the perfect color combos for our parties. This is such easy way to add the wow factor to any celebration. Our garland still looks great after weeks of having it. Thank you Chelsey ❤️

I have hired Chelsey on a few occasions now and she never disappoints! She is friendly, professional, and her creations are always the perfect addition to any event. I have also utilized her DIY kits and she was so helpful and encouraging with her guidance. Her customer service is second to none. Chels was amazing! She did a Balloon garland for my bridal shower and her big hoop balloon arch for our wedding! Our tent that was staked down in the ground blew away the night before our wedding along with decor and many other things and somehow her amazing work survived the wind! It was BEAUTIFUL and it was a big hit at sunset to do a photo opp! We couldn't have been happier!

Chelsea has helped us at multiple high school dances and kid birthdays. She is easy-going and fantastic to work with. Her balloon arches and artworks are amazing! Highly recommend!

Chelsey has done 3 garlands for my business now!! She is a true artist and her installments bring spaces to life in ways you couldn’t even imagine. Her balloons garlands are the best decor for any event or surprise. I’ve had her do one in my Airbnb, one in my storefront window and one in the fitting room set up as a backdrop for a photo booth. They last at least a month... our Christmas garland is still up and it’s already Valentine’s Day.

I hired Chelsey to make a balloon garland for my daughter’s second birthday, and let me just say she did not disappoint!! I had an idea of what I was looking for, but ultimately left everything up to her and the final product exceeded my expectations!! The garland was absolutely adorable and a perfect addition to the party!! Not to mention we were able to enjoy it for A MONTH afterwards in my daughters playroom! It was an absolute pleasure working with Chelsey at Joyful Events and Balloons. We hosted a United Way Kickoff event and she killed it with the balloon arch that surrounded our step and repeat photos. Her balloons really helped elevate the event delivering the elegant touch that we needed. She was on time and so much fun to chat with while she installed.
