Product is great, delivery was quick but the courier used didn’t forward any tracking info nor did they call or wait for someone to be home to drop it off. It stayed on our porch overnight which is worrying given all the porch pirates in December. Now this would just be a courier issue, but Crafty elk team hasn’t responded in about 3 weeks so it’s definitely true that their customer service needs a lot of work.

I had previously left a negative comment regarding service with Crafty Elk but I believe in giving everyone a second chance. Today the owner called me in person and apologized for the experience I had with them when I last ordered. He explained to me what happened and that they had made changes to their operation. I really respect and appreciate that he did that. I am a business owner myself and I know how important it is to make things right when you have made a mistake. We're all human. I already know the drinks are amazing and I believe there will only be positive experiences from here on in. Thanks for making it right Crafty.

I have ordered from Crafty Elk about 3-4 times and every time, it has been delivered in a very timely manner. I love the product! I can enjoy these drinks without feeling sick or hung over the following day. No issues with delivery at all. We are located in Ottawa so perhaps it is better in big city? I do wish they sold in stores locally...

UPDATE JUNE 2023 - Recently I was able to exchange some positive emails with Crafty Elk. I then placed an online order on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday; well within their promise of 3 to 5 business days. They make a great product and have obviously improved their online order system - BACK IN MY GOOD BOOKS!MAY 2022: They encourage you to communicate through their website; but, they NEVER respond. You cannot purchase their products in any stores, but they take weeks to deliver online orders, or JUST CANCEL your order without notification.

Enjoyed the products when I sampled them but once I placed an order it was radio silence. No communication, no shipping notice, no delivery and no response to my emails, calls, and social media posts. No delay charging my credit card though. I guess my next step is to call my bank! Very frustrating.

Product is good but customer is not good at all! I ordered 2 cases of the product and some cans were damaged upon delivery. When I sent a note on their website I didn’t receive a response so I DM them on instagram and finally got a response that they were sorry about this and it wasn’t good service so they would refund the damaged product. When I followed up them on instagram they told me twice now that they had sent a note to the sales team but I’ve yet to hear from no one and it’s now been over 3 weeks.

Crafty Elk contacted me recently to let me know about their new and improved delivery service for their products as they were having some problems with the past delivery service and asked I try it out and let them know. I have to say, the new delivery service is a lot better. The product came quickly, driver was extremely friendly and overall service was definitely an improvement!!Their products taste great and I am definitely ordering more!!
