Kia Stouffville

Would not recommend this dealership. Put a deposit down in August 2022 for a vehicle, still no ETA when the vehicle will be arriving. Started calling other dealership and found out that some dealerships were able to deliver cars for those that ordered a car in October or November. Was able to secure same car from another dealership which was dealer stock. How is it possible that I placed a deposit on a vehicle and still don't have an ETA however other dealership are able to get vehicles in stock. Also, see the review from Ryan N from a month ago. This dealership sold a car to a customer within a week but I placed an order on the car in Aug 2022, why wasn't I called if a car was available. In my opinion, either this dealership doesn't have the buying power or they are just taking money from customers but not ordering vehicles. If you are looking for a car soon, go to other dealerships

Felix at Kia Stouffville hands down has amazing customer service! Not only did he call me right away about a car I was interested in got sold, but made sure to find another vehicle, which I got in less than 7 days! He made a promise and followed through. My wife and I visited different car dealerships to buy new cars at the end of June. We have also been to two different Kia dealerships. We were not very happy with the first one, but at Kia Stouffville, the staff there are very attentive to us. Even though they knew we were not locals, especially Lucas, Jim and other colleagues, they were very friendly and patiently introduced everything to us. Originally, it took a year for the new car to arrive, but Lucas made it possible for us to pick up the car in just over a month. Thanks to his help, we successfully purchased the first electric car Niro EV in our life. I would like to thank the professional team of Kia Stouffville again for their service and help. I definitely recommend buying a car here

I love this dealership and can safely say this is the best car dealership across Ontario - and the credit for that goes to the phenomenal people that work here. I worked with Felix who kept the communication channels open at all times, was extremely helpful and approachable and did everything possible to ensure a faster delivery of the car to me. He was open and transparent and most importantly very customer centric. In addition to Felix, I also dealt with Jim O'Donnell who was extremely professional and helpful. I carry fond memories of the entire buying experience and will always think of Kia Stouffville when it comes to buying a Kia and referring to friends and family. Thanks once again.
